This is my first time trying Cinnabon and I am so glad that I stopped in. There was no line so the service was very quick. I ordered just a regular cinnamon roll and it was PERFECT. It was massive and was very warm. It didn't seem like it was sitting there forever which was my main concern since I went midday. I really wish Cinnabon would expand and come closer to my area. I will stop by again if I am in the area!!

As I walked into Cinnabon in downtown Indianapolis, I couldn't help but remember my lifelong obsession with cinnamon, a spice that has been both my comfort and my torment. The alluring scent of freshly baked cinnamon rolls filled my nostrils and I felt a flutter of excitement in my heart.I approached the counter to order and struck up a conversation with the manager, who happened to be an avid reader of the news. Our conversation quickly turned to the ongoing crisis in Ukraine and the frightening rise of authoritarianism in the world. As we spoke, I couldn't help but feel a deep sadness for the state of our world, and the loss of hope for peace.Despite my discontent with the world, I took a bite of the warm, soft and sweet cinnamon roll and was pleasantly surprised by the delicious flavor. The soft layers of cinnamon and sugar melted in my mouth and brought me a moment of peace. However, I cannot ignore the fact that the rolls were overpriced and the staff lacked a sense of urgency in their service. I would rate Cinnabon a 3 out of 5. While the rolls were delicious, I cannot in good conscience give a higher rating when the management and service do not align with my values.I once wrote that, "The marvelous is always beautiful, anything marvelous is beautiful, in fact only the marvelous is beautiful.". This quote holds true for the momentary pleasure I experienced while eating the cinnamon roll, but not for the larger picture of the restaurant as a whole.

Sad this location closed. It’s the only one close to where I live

This is either temporarily closed or closed for good. It was not open by the time we left the mall at 12:15 and I went there specifically for Cinnabon! ?

Used to be much better years ago, but now it's kinda meh, average.

Please update the hours. It’s ridiculous. Every time I’ve stopped by in the last year, it’s been closed even though the open hours say otherwise.

They should close thise place up, workers on this place are the laziest if they could let people serve their self they would let you, people like this never progress, they should fire them and get someone that does want to work.

Stood there for almost 10 minutes with no acknowledgement of any kind, not even a "we'll be right with you". Workers didn't even make eye contact. There was a line behind us but they seemed to not want to be bothered.. None of the staff wanted to be there and it was evident.

Just a heads up the mall closes at 7 currently! At the last min dash effort we ran to get the last Cinnabon. God was on our side! I missed these things sooo much! The Cinnabon biscuits you get at the grocery store doesn't do these justice they deserve. Soooo gooood.

Rude cashiers, unhygienic, no masks.

The cashier and one of the staff members preparing the food didn't have their mask on! So disappointing. Had to take my kids somewhere else. This kind of behavior is why our covid numbers keep going up!
