I won't order online anymore for delivery. I order online yesterday morning before store open for delivery at 12:20pm again for delivery at 12:20pm. I had the work party for 1pm so I wanted to make the food there before the party started as we all was bring something. I saw order get done. I saw it said doordash accepted order so im good.
Come 12:46pm food not here. I call to see where doordash at he says doordash canceled and we are waiting for another person. We dude the party starts at 1pm by this time im pissed. I told him to cancel doordash im in the way.
I get there about 1:12pm or something like that I tell the guy it should of been delivered at 12:20pm. He says its not our fault its doordash I sais its both you guys fault. I said because you on the website for delivery it has what time do I want this to be delivered. He said I didnt know that. I said exactly. I was just letting him know had I known doordash canceled i could of came picked it up myself. Wish they can fix that. Long story short . Its not guaranteed delivery time. Never again

I’ve always liked city BBQ never really went out of my way to get it until I tried the brisket chilli bowl. Please please never take this item off the menu and I’ll be a customer year round. 🙏🏼 comes in a massive serving size and includes jalapeños, cheese, and a side of cornbread. Every time I put in my order at this location it’s done within 5 minutes. Amazing chilli bowl!!

Went to the store the day after Thanksgiving. Bought one pound of beef. When we got home I saw that the beef was not shredded. It had several thick slices that I tried to shred as well as I could. The meat was exceptionally dry. I also bought a half pound of chicken, which was very good and a pound of potato salad which was excellent. Very sad as the beef is very expensive.
