I’m 71. I have been making fried chicken for 60 years. I have fried chicken down to a near exact science.
That said: the fried chicken here is better than my own. There: I said it. I skip the sauces and eat it “as is”. It is ASTOUNDINGLY good! (Be sure to eat the side dishes: they are *delicious*!)
