Coco Bongo Mariscos & Mexican Restaurant

Me and my husband come here a lot and usually the service is decent. I took him here to celebrate his birthday and the waitress failed to give us our chips and soup that they normally give everytime we visit. We had like five different waitresses and everytime we asked our waitress about our chips and soup they didn’t bring it. One waitress stated she would bring it when it was ready that they had to make more. A few moments later some people came in and sat in front of us and I see the waitress bringing that table chips and soup. We never got ours. The waitress forgot to give my husband his rice so we had to ask another waitress for it. We constantly were trying to get the attention from waitresses to assist us and as soon as they made eye contact with my husband they put their heads down acting like they didn’t notice him. I spent $100.00 for 2 people and they treated us like they didn’t value our business. To say the least we probably won’t come back again they ruined his experience that was supposed to be a special day for him. Lastly I had to chase down a waitress to get our bill that’s how inattentive they were towards us.

Great place for Mexican cuisine. There were 6 of us, some enjoying seafood. The servings if food are HUGE. I had enought left over food for lunch the second day!!

Just yesterday I went with a colleague, the service was very bad, the food was super salty, the waitress was very desperate for us to leave, we even asked for two more beers and she brought us the bill, then she realized that we wanted two more beers and she brought them They have karaoke and they only let one boy sing, who by the way had a terrible voice and had us tormented because they also have the volume very high, you can't have a pleasant conversation!

We Just went there yesterday, it was terrible! So salty food, the waitress was always desperate asking, ready for checkout? Even we asked for two more drinks she don't realize and bring the checkout she wasn't hearing us, so louder place, came difficult to have a good meeting ??

This place uses an old rag with old dish water to clean the counter tops including the drink ware!!!!* beware

The time I was there I ordered the Ford poker order And the truth is it was very salty I don't know if it wasn't the cook's day Or it was my day that wasn't good So add salt to my cooks And give them a star because if they people comment well on them is because all people have to have the same service as everyone

Do not order fish !!!! Rotten I’m visiting from California and decided to take a break and eat some seafood we ordered the mojarra my fiancé felt that it was a little smelly but he’s not much of a complainer And continue to push through when I started to eat it I it’s not so pungent my ex husband was a fisherman and I know that fish is not supposed to smell like fish so there’s no excuse and I told him it smells absolutely disgusting and rotten. after we asked for the bill, we brought it up to the waitress, not asking for any refund just trying to Save some people from going to the hospital because that’s how horrible the fish mouth I asked the waitress to smell it, and she even agreed that it was pretty bad. She had the audacity to say that we ate all of it, which is kind of true my fiancé did eat most of the fish because he thought he was just being picky after I confirm that no you’re not being picky and yes, it stinks like hell hell. In any case, the waitress try to do it I think that we need it I said yes so if we go to the emergency room if we’re sick vomiting as I am right now, for her to remember us because you are a witness that he ate most of it without complaining I hope the owner sees us because this is unacceptable. This is a two day shipping. Report it to the inspectors, but I was trying to be kind and just make her aware of the situation and she had the audacity to say what she said

They have fantastic food but I did have to wait a little bit for the waitress to come and take my order the in their defense they were cram jam that night they had a lot of people take another consideration it wasn't too bad would recommend them highly
