Food was ok. My steak for my fajitas was dry and not a lot of flavor. When we walked in only one other couple was there and the servers were all doing their thing. I would not be going back.

I visited this establishment with my family after calling ahead to confirm that children were welcome, and we were assured they were. We arrived around 7:30 p.m., and the live music began at approximately 8:00 p.m. Initially, the atmosphere was pleasant, and the singers were engaging. However, as the evening progressed, the environment became increasingly inappropriate for a family setting.
Around 9:00 p.m., a woman at the bar became visibly intoxicated. She began behaving in a highly inappropriate manner, including dry humping her companion, lifting his shirt, and touching other male patrons who walked by. Despite this behavior, no staff members appeared to intervene or address the situation. This was very uncomfortable for everyone present, particularly because my young niece was with us. The woman was clearly over-served, and I truly hope she was safe and not taken advantage of afterward.
While the performers were entertaining, I would encourage the management to clarify whether the venue is intended to be family-friendly or strictly for adults. If it is a family restaurant, it would be best to ensure that such incidents are handled promptly and that the entertainment remains appropriate for all ages.

We come to Coco Bongo often and absolutely love it here! The atmosphere is always beautiful and positive, and the staff are some of the friendliest people you’ll ever meet. The drinks are creative, delicious, and always made with care. It’s just one of those places that always puts you in a good mood. 🍹✨

Went here for dinner one night while visiting Samara. I was served a raw chicken sandwich but because it was breaded I didn’t catch it until after a few bites.
The manager was super unhelpful and dismissive. She kept saying, “it wasn’t that bad” when it was actually so raw it squished out of the sandwich.
The manager gave us a “discount” to help, but that “discount” wouldn’t even pay my medical bills now that I have E.Coli.
I left hungry, sick, and without $40 spent on a crappy meal. Check your food if you give them a go, apparently raw food “is not that bad” here.

My husband works close by and decided he was going to go get him some tacos. So he went in and took a photo of the menu and put it on his phone to translate. It showed the tacos were $2.50 each, yet when he ordered, they were charging him $6 each. That's some BS!!! Obviously, if you're not the right ethnicity, you will be charged differently.

Me and my husband come here a lot and usually the service is decent. I took him here to celebrate his birthday and the waitress failed to give us our chips and soup that they normally give everytime we visit. We had like five different waitresses and everytime we asked our waitress about our chips and soup they didn’t bring it. One waitress stated she would bring it when it was ready that they had to make more. A few moments later some people came in and sat in front of us and I see the waitress bringing that table chips and soup. We never got ours. The waitress forgot to give my husband his rice so we had to ask another waitress for it. We constantly were trying to get the attention from waitresses to assist us and as soon as they made eye contact with my husband they put their heads down acting like they didn’t notice him. I spent $100.00 for 2 people and they treated us like they didn’t value our business. To say the least we probably won’t come back again they ruined his experience that was supposed to be a special day for him. Lastly I had to chase down a waitress to get our bill that’s how inattentive they were towards us.

Just yesterday I went with a colleague, the service was very bad, the food was super salty, the waitress was very desperate for us to leave, we even asked for two more beers and she brought us the bill, then she realized that we wanted two more beers and she brought them They have karaoke and they only let one boy sing, who by the way had a terrible voice and had us tormented because they also have the volume very high, you can't have a pleasant conversation!

We Just went there yesterday, it was terrible! So salty food, the waitress was always desperate asking, ready for checkout? Even we asked for two more drinks she don't realize and bring the checkout she wasn't hearing us, so louder place, came difficult to have a good meeting ??
