Excellent experience, superb ice cream, and tons of choices. I love that they're open late too. The waffle cones are so, so good.
My husband and I usually go to the Cold Stone in Greenwood because we stay out that way, but we decided to stop at the Broad ripple location around noonish because we were near it.The older guy making our ice cream barely put any toppings on our ice cream and didn’t want to use the cold top to chop it up instead he used a clear container so it was barely mixed and the ice cream was melting immediately.I guess he had no interest in wanting to clean it 🤔.But we will stick to Greenwood!
Place is so freaking overpriced. 9 bucks for a scoop of ice-cream.

I visited this place today and was really disappointed. I asked for a mix-in with my ice cream—Oreos—which usually includes four pieces, but I was only given two. When I asked about it, the staff member(lady) told me that was the standard serving size, which surprised me.
Additionally, the waffle bowls and cones didn’t seem fresh. I saw the staff(lady) taking them out of a white plastic bag, which was disappointing. I won’t be returning to this location.

I would give them half a star if possible just based off the customer service alone. They are extremely rude!
Such a fun lace to get ice cream with close to unlimited combinations. The employee was great with my kids and very kind.
