I would give them half a star if possible just based off the customer service alone. They are extremely rude!
Such a fun lace to get ice cream with close to unlimited combinations. The employee was great with my kids and very kind.

I just catered ice cream from here for my wedding and had the BEST experience!! Yvonne was so helpful in making the ice cream bar at our wedding perfect! We would highly recommend anyone who is considering to have ice cream for their event to do so through here! Great experience and would hands down recommend!

Whoever worked closing shift on March 3rd needs to be retrained. They made the worst birthday remix I have ever had. Literally every bite had a spoonful of sprinkles. It was the absolute worst taating experience ever. Go to another cold stone for birthday remix. This one will give you a mouth full of chalky sprinkles.

They say open but it’s closed. Not sure if opening staff gets to kick their feet up or managment still thinks we’re in a pandemic and it’s cool not to open. Ha!

Got to try the Barbie “All that Glitters is Pink,” and it was SO GOOD! Everyone at this shop is super nice and helpful! I will be ordering the cake ASAP!
