Whoever worked closing shift on March 3rd needs to be retrained. They made the worst birthday remix I have ever had. Literally every bite had a spoonful of sprinkles. It was the absolute worst taating experience ever. Go to another cold stone for birthday remix. This one will give you a mouth full of chalky sprinkles.

I will start by saying I'm not a big fan of cold stone, mostly because the other locations I've been at have been terrible.This location, however, is amazing. The couple that runs this store are the nicest, most patient people ever. They work fast so service is always good, and you get exactly what you ask for.Ice cream is always great, I come here pretty often and it's always consistently good.

This cold stone store had a very clean environment and the customer service was great. I feel like the employee gave me a lot of ice cream which I was happy that she did. It was worth the price. The Oreo overload with a brownie added to it and cheesecake ice cream instead is very delicious. I love cold stone's cheesecake ice cream. They will always have a customer in me. Also they have a reward system that you can earn discounts. If you are ever looking for some ice cream your can't go wrong with cold stone.

We went to another location for a sweet treat and they was EXTREMELY packed. Talking wrapped around inside the building packed. I had never been to one and my friend raved and raved about them. I suggested going to another location but they only knew of one other south of Indy. I Google and found this location since we wasn't that far away. They was amazed to learn of another location closer to home. We go in and they wasn't busy at all. So many choices to choose from and combinations I was overwhelmed. My friend got the Reese peanut butter shake and it was really really good. Just like the candy. I finally chose this turtle brownie sundae and O My, it was amazing. Very rich but o soon good. My friend even loved it. Will defiantly be back again.

Great service with a smile, nice location but we all know anything on Broad Ripple Ave is hard to park close??♂️ They had everything in stock flavor and cake wise? I got the German chocolate cake and she got the “blue” (cotton candy)? We will be back?
