It was such a nice day outside, so I decided to treat my son to a sweet treat he had the french vanilla ice cream, and I had fudge ice cream, which was really good they also offer serval different toppings includingsnicker , kit Kat, and butterfinger.

Came here for a late night treat and I was not disappointed with the ice-cream at all. However, the minute I walked in there was quite a long line and only one person working behind the counter. Took about 30 minutes before I could order. However, employee behind the counter was super nice and was trying her best. I like the fact that there is also seating inside this location though it is smaller inside. Overall, not a terrible experience but will check the time before coming back to beat the rush hour!!

Went to raceway location on Mother’s Day workers are very rude and to be honest it seems like they got irritated as soon as black people walked in. Will never spend my money there again❌

Went to the Cold Stone located in the Raceway Commons in Avon, Indiana and was turned away by what looked like two teenage girls and said they were out of ice. Not only turned me away, but several other customers THIRTY minutes before closing. Were they out of ice cream too? How convenient. Hope the store manager is aware of this and this location gets hard working employees instead of teens probably stealing time and collecting a check.

Although the workers are young, you can tell they are trying their best. This is probably a first job for some of them. I can only imagine how hard it is for them to deal with some of the most rude people in this sorry world! Yes the price is a tad bit high but isn't everything else?! The portion size is just right! And the flavors are so good! I would recommend this place! And i have even bought gift certificates for friends to enjoy this place. GOOD JOB!!! Oh AND LEAVE A TIP, im sure many are making minimum wage!!!!

There is a restaurant a couple doors down from this Cold Stone that I love and get excited about going to because I know if we’re going there, I’m getting ice cream after. My husband and I walked in and we’re usually not greeted anyway but tonight was different. The girl at the register just looked up and glared when my husband and I walked in while checking someone out and never acknowledged me or my husband. There was one other woman working who was making waffle bowls/ cones (she also never spoke to us). Once the worker at the register was done checking out the woman ready to leave, she never looked over at my husband and I again. I don’t know what she was doing or if she was just trying to make herself look busy to not help us but she never came over. We were the ONLY customers in there and neither the girl making waffle cones or girl at the register said A WORD to my husband and I; Not even a “hey we’ll be right with you,” or “sorry about the wait!” We stood and waited for 5 MINUTES for one of them to come over and take my order. We ended up walking out and neither of them tried to say anything. I’m just really disappointed because this location is the closest one to us and I’ll probably, unfortunately, have to come back here again to get what I like. Never really been a fan of customer service but being completely ignored by both workers was enraging and embarrassing.
