DISAPPOINTED!!! I went to the 82st location today, excited to buy my favorite "coffee lovers only" ice cream. I asked for the 48 oz container. The young lady who was making it, mixed what turned out to be appx 3/4. Then she got plain coffee ice cream to fill it with. When I asked why she did not add the mix-ins, she said their policy says they can just fill it with plain ice-cream. I would understand if it was an oz or two not a quarter tub. THIS IS A BAD POLICY. IF I WANTED PLAIN COFFEE ICE CREAM I WOULD HAVE ASKED FOR THAT!

The first time we went here, they were 5 minutes from closing. They was so nice and took our order for 3 ice creams!! Very nice and professional!

The manager was very rude when we told her we got the wrong order.

The kids got two large-ish ice cream cups with one mix-in and while it was a delicious treat, I was surprised that it came to $15 for just two. Okay, maybe for the size of cups it was worth it . They love picking the mix-in! The service was fast and professional. There are two small dining tables inside if you want to stay and eat.

Wouldn't return to this location. We ordered "love it", paid for "love it", and received "like it" size. Workers didn't listen and you could tell they were eager to get everyone out of there because we were in close to closing time. Cold Stone used to be good! Try something new.

It was great. Very friendly servers. Let us order even though they were about to close.

If youre in the mood for a nice treat, this is definitely the place. The texture and flavor of the icecream is neck and neck with Culvers. Try a few samples and it feels like your immediately hooked. However, I got the medium sized cup and I feel like im going to waste half of it. So be careful not to get more than you can eat. The price was very fair and easy to afford.

This cold stone location always has the sweetest associates who love their job. All ice cream flavors taste amazing, but there is something special about the frozen reese's cups.

Wanted to try that new Barbie ice cream after seeing the Barbie movie. I do take full responsibility for not paying attention to the 9:30 close time but me and my friend walked in at 9:31 right after this white family (that happened to be white) and one of the workers told me and my friend that the family in front of us would be the last customers of the night. One of the workers then went on to say that they would serve us but the lady that said no the first time then turns to the other worker and says no. Very disappointed to be turned down service whether it was because of our race, or just simply because she was ready to go home.

The worker was sweet but the staff needs to wear gloves when making the customers ice cream. PLEASE MAKE THE STAFF WEAR GLOVES!!!

We were in this afternoon getting a sweet treat, and my husband mistakenly tipped the total of the bill. We didn't notice it, but the young lady waiting on us sweetly informed us of this mistake. We were thankful for her honestly and willingness to do the extra work to void the receipt etc. We left with delicious ice cream and thankful we didn'[t double pay!

First time there on Mother's Day and I had the Strawberry w/Carmel drizzle and real fruit it was delicious we all wanted more
