This is the best ice cream shop, I love the coffee flavor the most. I also ordered my daughter's birthday cake from here, and the staff are very patient and attentive.

Two teenage girls working their tails off. I mean I came right into the store and got my ice cream. Hell of an establishment.

While I genuinely enjoy this ice cream brand overall, my experience at this particular location was disappointing due to poor customer service. Specifically, one young lady stood out for her unprofessional behavior. She was slender in build and wore her hair in a puff during my visit. Unfortunately, her attitude was unpleasant—not only in how she interacted with me, but also in how she spoke to her colleague, which came across as rude and disrespectful.

She also got my order wrong, and I didn’t realize it until I got home. It was clear that she wasn’t fully engaged, possibly due to not wanting to be at work or interact with customers. While I understand that everyone can have an off day, basic courtesy and a simple smile can make a big difference in customer experience.

My intention isn’t to shame this employee but to bring awareness to what I observed. I truly hope the management considers additional training or support for the staff. I would love to continue supporting this location and hope for a more positive experience in the future.

Great place!

Went there this afternoon after my son’s tennis tournament. A few people were waiting in line, 2 employees worked efficiently. Very happy experience!

3 rude girls in the front and were super slow on purpose. Laughing and talking shit about guests. One was wearing headphones and the other one had a scarf on which is super unsanitary. Ice cream was good but who wants to go somewhere where you don’t feel welcomed.

I ordered this cake for my dad's 81'st birthday. I paid $83.99 for a 12x18 inch cake. He wanted a strawberry flavor. This is what I got. A cake straight from Temu. At least make it look as if some effort was put into it. He refused to eat it. He said it looked like Pepto-Bismol 😂 I'll try to order another cake again someday but not that size or flavor.

DISAPPOINTED!!! I went to the 82st location today, excited to buy my favorite "coffee lovers only" ice cream. I asked for the 48 oz container. The young lady who was making it, mixed what turned out to be appx 3/4. Then she got plain coffee ice cream to fill it with. When I asked why she did not add the mix-ins, she said their policy says they can just fill it with plain ice-cream. I would understand if it was an oz or two not a quarter tub. THIS IS A BAD POLICY. IF I WANTED PLAIN COFFEE ICE CREAM I WOULD HAVE ASKED FOR THAT!

The first time we went here, they were 5 minutes from closing. They was so nice and took our order for 3 ice creams!! Very nice and professional!

The manager was very rude when we told her we got the wrong order.

The kids got two large-ish ice cream cups with one mix-in and while it was a delicious treat, I was surprised that it came to $15 for just two. Okay, maybe for the size of cups it was worth it . They love picking the mix-in! The service was fast and professional. There are two small dining tables inside if you want to stay and eat.

Wouldn't return to this location. We ordered "love it", paid for "love it", and received "like it" size. Workers didn't listen and you could tell they were eager to get everyone out of there because we were in close to closing time. Cold Stone used to be good! Try something new.

It was great. Very friendly servers. Let us order even though they were about to close.
