Cold Stone Creamery

This location used to be my fav. Spot, i loved their ice cream , but from last month , they are not giving good custumer service , the toppings taste stale.

Cold Stone always smells so good!! We got the love it and should have got the like it becausw it was too much. The girls working there were nice. 😊😁

I ordered a birthday cake, happy 16th birthday was missed up. Oreo cookies were not straight and chocolate shaving was falling off the cake.

The ice cream was very good and unique I recommend getting a bowl cone because they taste very good The prices were a bit expensive but you do get to see them making the ice cream

This Traders Point location used to be my favorite. Now that they are under new ownership, it hasn’t been the same. I visited this location a few months ago and had TERRIBLE customer service. Everyone was rude and I felt discriminated against from the time I walked in until the time I left. They also made me feel very unwelcome. I decided to try them again today bc it was close and i was hoping my experience would be different. Sad to say, it wasn’t any different and I will NEVER support this location again.

Never have I ever been to a cold stone with rude service. I told them what ice cream I wanted and ask in a cone. They wouldn’t let me get mix-in and blankly said you should have ordered that first and should have told them everything from the start. They messed up the person in front of us as well and the customer was quiet about the situation paid and left. I never leave bad reviews but the service at this location was not worth it.

Love bringing my family here. Wasn't busy and the staff were great and patient.

The service from the two girls working was horrible. They were incredibly rude, and told us they didn’t have any cups to put the ice cream in; only cones. When I pointed to the paper cups right next to one worker, she got an attitude with my husband and I. They were slow, and there were not any other customers in line. When we finally got our ice cream, it was not good and was salty.

Rude service. Quite disappointed with it and the ice cream we eventually received.

We ate Hot chocolate Lava and it taste so bad. They put Wipe cream on brownie and taste so bad . Not recommended

I got the banana pudding ice cream and the lady literally put 2 wafers and a pinky’s worth of banana in my ice cream. All I tasted was whipped topping and the ice cream. I should taste something in each bite. Zero stars. Smh

9$ and change is too much for a shake, foreign ppl price gouging with no menu with prices anywhere in the store. Very over priced
