We absolutely love Cold Stone! This time we got the Berry Berry Berry Good in a chocolate sprinkle waffle cone and a Mint Mint Chocolate Chocolate Chip! Anything you get here is a winner. One of the best ice cream places in existence!
Cold Stone Creamery is the perfect spot for a family outing or a casual dessert date. The kids love watching their ice cream being mixed on the cold slab, and the variety of flavors keeps everyone happy. Their seasonal flavors are always a fun surprise, too!

The location says on their webpage they don't allow pickup day off, which is inconvenient.
Also tried to use my rewards in-store and it wasn't working. Tried to enter the code in afterwards using the receipt, still nothing.
It was my first visit to this location and I hesitate to return; I've never had issues at any other location.
Very friendly, and helpful staff. I stopped in on a Saturday between soccer games and my boys loved it!

definitely felt discriminated against, was very rude to me and i was very nice to them. very unfortunate considering it's the closest cold stone to me. won't be back
This used to be my family’s favorite ice cream shop.
Plenty for family gatherings over the past decade.
The new ownership is not friendly or welcoming.
Went there today the worker didn’t great me. Looked at me as if why am I in his shop and basically threw down my cup of ice cream the slid it to me.

If I could give this place a 0 I would. Felt discriminated against! The overall atmosphere was unwelcoming, wont be going back.

We like to get the coffee flavor and cream.
Ordered cheesecake fancy and the gentleman working put 5 whole blueberries and ONE and a half strawberries!!! VERY STINGY, ESPECIALLY for the PRICE!!! ?
