Great coffee! A big reason I support this shop is bc of their early morning hours, which so few coffee shops offer! However, they have recently switched to a 6 am opening and for weeks they have not been open at that time. I have waited in the lot until quarter after multiple days and still nobody showed up to open. Very disappointed as a long time customer that staffing seems to be an issue rn.

The wifi is really slow.
I live near this cafe and was a frequent patron, but their wifi has stopped working during my last few visits so I have stopped coming here.

Coffee was decent, but you better not be in a hurry because they are s-l-o-w! Seemed like everyone was new. Went here two of our 4 days in Indianapolis, and had the same experience. Drinks were inconsistent and a bit pricey. Wanted food one of the days, but they “hadn’t received their shipment yet”. 🤷🏻♂️

The service is amazing. The only complaint that I have is the coffee taste a little too bitter.. I’ve tried the light roast, and I’ve tried the dark roast and both give my taste buds bitter twain. Other than that the service is amazing, great people.

my girlfriend has been a longtime customer of Command, she introduced it to me and it quickly became our weekend spot for drinks. we didn’t mind the higher priced coffees since we like to support locally especially if the coffee is good however within the last month the quality and consistency of products has significantly changed. Our orders aren’t being taken accurately and the drinks are extremely watered-down/poorly made. we would love to continue supporting Command if we could guarantee the quality would improve once again.
So its always a little too cold in here for me but my biggest thing is their mochas taste mostly like syrup when you get decaf. And thats all i drink so its how i judge all coffee shops and theirs is not great.

I have not found better coffee in Indianapolis. Prices are reasonable. Service is very friendly. I highly recommend. Atmosphere is fine: Clean and comfortable but politically charged. That doesn't bother me personally, but I thought I should mention that for people dropping by for the first time.
