When you have a drive through, you get people in and out. You don’t sit and talk it up with customers when you have a LINE back to the ordering box. Whoever the window woman in an “Oat Mill” shirt was that tried to tell me how drive through works needs to be fired and you need to hire someone who actually understands getting customers in and out. I will never be returning and will continue to support other coffee shops.

Edit from Response: Tara was extremely unpleasant to deal with.

PS, read all recent negative reviews and you’ll notice a trend. Poor excuse making.

Says on the web page and google it's open at 4:30am drive through on weekdays. It's 6:57am and closed on Thursday.

The service is wonderful the interior very nice but their coffee is the worst 🤢 I've had a few drinks and they have all been exceptionally horrible tasting.

I ordered a sausage croissant sandwich and they literally gave me a jimmy dean microwaveable sandwich. It cost me $7.15 because I’m nice and gave them a dollar tip. This isn’t anything against the staff but this is insane. I should not be paying that much when I could go to the grocery store and buy an entire box of them for the same price. DO NOT ORDER THE FOOOD.

Been sitting here for 20 mins now and we’re the only customers here

Went there at 7:25, they close at 7:30 (2/22/2025). The person working there looked at me through the window, went to take out the trash and shut off the lights. Just wanted a drip coffee. East sale. Disappointed and won’t be back.

Ugh…. definitely not my favorite place to come. Coffee is ok, but there is better stuff in the area. Prices are WAY too high for what you get, and I’m most frustrated by that they have NEVER actually have the food on their menu available. Every time I try to order a danish or muffin or anything advertised on the signs in the drive through, they have none of it! Beyond frustrating, and this is the third time in row this has happened to me. Even worse, once you’re in the drive through there is no way to back out or pull around if you decide not to order. I’m just stuck sitting in this line for 10 minutes when they didn’t have any of the food I wanted.
I won’t be coming back.

I highly recommend the gluten free cookies. There is a drive through if you are interested a rush; however there are some wonderful seating options. There is a lot of sunlight available and the space is very cleanly.

Dietary restrictions: Gluten free cookies

Wheelchair accessibility: There are two wheelchair accessible bathrooms and entryway is wide enough with a parking lot that has accessibility to the parking spots. The curb cuts are convenient

Ordered an iced dirty chai. There was no one in line before me. Waited 20 minutes for one drink. Turns out my drink was ready, but the individual who took my order forgot my name and didn't bother saying anything. The drink was also horrible and tasted nothing close to an iced dirty chai.

I’m sorry, but I don’t understand how this coffee shop has such good reviews. I received a sausage, egg, and cheese croissant that was microwaved and soggy. My latte tasted like artificial flavoring. I was handed a clipboard to fill out a tip amount… in the drive through. On the plus side, the employee who served me was friendly, and the location is convenient. However, for the price ($13.50 for a very small sandwich and small latte), I truly feel you’d get a better quality meal at a fast food restaurant😕

Vegetarian options: Some small bite options.

Parking: Small parking lot but generally adequate.

Kid-friendliness: OK for kids but it does not cater to them.

I come here for one thing, the pistachio croissants. The coffee is pretty good, but the croissants keep me coming back. The service is pretty meh. It doesn't seem like the baristas wanted to be there this morning. They were quiet and slow. I was the only one there and it took forever for 2 coffees with shots.

One of the worst lates ever, it was.mostly steamed milk. Few times we wished we had gone to Starbucks.

The coffee is very good. Service is polite and accurate but slower. Would recommend a visit, I enjoy a simple latte, and they make them well.
