A place with the worst customer service. We got into the store at 5:55 PM, quickly placed the order with specific instructions for EXTRA HOT drinks. We received the drinks at 6:05 PM and they were not hot enough as per the request. On requesting them to heat it up, they said that they close at 6 PM and cannot do it. One of the most ridiculous reasons for not serving customers even after taking orders

The first time I tried to visit command coffee was 20 minutes after opening (6:20) and the door was locked and the barista inside waved me away. I returned the next day and was able to make a purchase but was disappointed that the breakfast sandwiches are all pre-packaged/ frozen and heated in a speed oven.

I think this is the best coffee I have had in Indianapolis. The prices are reasonable. The service is friendly. The atmosphere is fine: Clean and comfortable but politically charged. The latter does not bother me, but I think it might be important for some first time visitors to know beforehand.
