Great coffee and pastries. Try the vegan coffee cake if they have it (it's large enough to share for 2). Highly recommend the ube latte as well. Really good place to hang out and work.

I was in town on a work trip and needed a haircut. I found this place and was luckily able to get an appointment the same day. Shoutout to Nick for an awesome haircut and great conversation. Remember to bring some cash because they do not take cards.

Commenting for the barber side. Been coming here for a long while now and it's easily my favorite spot to get a fresh fade or a new hairstyle. Michelle, Nick, Katie, Kendall and Phil are all great people. It always feels like I'm going to a buddy's house, it's very welcoming. I have thoroughly enjoyed the conversations I've had with everyone almost as much as the haircuts! Thanks again everyone!

All types of coffee here are on a different level. From their cold brew to their specials (especially the Espresso Cola). Also, they’re one of the few in Indy that have pour over coffee!

The barber’s are great at what they do. I got a haircut with Bobby, and got exactly what I wanted and maybe even better!

Would definitely recommend getting coffee here and a haircut with Bobby.

I came in with medium length curly hair ~5+inches After I told Jesse how wanted my hair cut, keep its shape but clean it up over the ears, keep it so I can do a middle part, keep most of the length. The entire time, he acknowledged what I was saying. He proceeded to cut almost all of my hair off. The entire shape is gone. He cut my sides and back down to less than an inch and left an inch and a half on the top. I was clearly disappointed when he turned me to the mirror he immediately got very defensive and aggressive telling me that he couldn’t cut it the way I wanted because I have too many cowlicks (something that I may have but has never been mentioned as an issue by any barber in the past.) I don’t understand that logic at all. If he didn’t feel capable of cutting my hair the way we discussed why would cutting all of it off be the next best option? He clearly just messed up and just did whatever he felt like instead of what I communicated to him and wasn’t able to take accountability and apologize. Reflecting on what happened to see if there was something I could have done or said that could have been misconstrued to anything close to what I received and I truly don’t know how I could have been clearer about what I was asking for. I am very disappointed in the haircut and perhaps more so in the lack of professionalism and craftsmanship that Jesse displayed. Too bad the cut didn't come with a hat.

Chill, city vibes. Drinks are amazing. Baristas put a lot of care into each drink. I recommend their ube latte and matcha. Seasonal menu is absolutely phenomenal as well. Have been obsessed with their Blossom Baby matcha.

Usually a pretty solid place. Not today. They had two baristas, it took 40 min to go from standing in line to getting our drink. 20 of that was waiting for our drinks, a hot vanilla latte and an iced americano. The people who ordered after us, an iced pandan and iced pineapple ube, got their drinks first. Then our drinks came out wrong and warm. The iced americano came out hot and both drinks are lukewarm at best. But, we don’t have another 30 min to wait on new drinks.

Usually this place is pretty good, just not recently. The baristas spent more time talking to people on the other side of the bar than making drinks. I watched drinks sit for minutes before simply getting lids and being handed out. The woman taking orders, a shorter colored woman, was killing it. She was taking orders and making drinks until she was sweating. The guy behind the bar, taller white guy with facial piercings, should not have been there. He spent more time talking to people than pulling shots and finishing drinks. I think that was the most frustrating part.

I’ve met the managers and they’re great, they have great work ethic and this place is usually pretty quick. Just not today.

I had a latte and coffee cake. They were both great.

Coffee is good, but too weak for my preferences. When the barista handed me my latte, I could tell by the color it was too milky....but adding another shot (i know they're pulled as doubles) is $3.50+ which is absurd. I get it... coffee prices are going up, not your problem. However, only one size of latte is offered & for me to get a latte that actually tastes like coffee, it would be $10+. That's just not doable. Too pricey!!

Bummer to be writing this, have been in the past and had a great cup and experience, but it seems this place has changed. Came in with an hour and a half until closing. Asked about pour over selection, was cut off and told “I’m by myself, I won’t be making that. Also we are out of drip.” Ordered an espresso instead and sat and watched how for the next hour only 1 more patron came in. This is a specialty coffee shop that you can’t get a drip or pour over at if they are an hour and a half until closing..

In my opinion, the coffee menu is a bit limited. The last two times I’ve been to the commissary, many items were out of stock. I took a friend there and he ended up not ordering anything because so much was not available.

The staff did try to accommodate him, but they lost him after the fifth/sixth thing he asked for it wasn’t available. The commissary isn’t a place to go for low prices.

I’m really impressed with the pan Dan syrup. Not many people have it and it’s delightful. The staff know their stuff about coffee. I’ve never had cocktails here, but I wouldn’t hesitate to try if I was there when I wasn’t working.

i’ve had several baked goods, which I believe come from someplace else, and they’ve all been above average

I love the atmosphere - walking down into the coffee shop is great. Feels like a comfy breakfast nook. I wonder how comfortable it would be on a cold winters day because there is not an airlock for the doors.

We came here for a drink after lunch and had a delicious Pandan Latte and Cappuccino. Both drinks were very delicious and served fast. Friendly staff, chill atmosphere. Great place to hang or do some work.
