It had been many years since our last visit here, and we were celebrating a minor victory on a long painful project, so we splurged for lunch. As we remembered, Cooper’s Hawk is excellent. Our family had a wide variety of different foods and found everything we ate to be excellent. Among those were the crab, shrimp and lobster bisque; house made meatballs; barboca tacos, a classic cheeseburger and a grilled mahi sandwich. I would have to say that of those foods the overall highlights...
Had 5:45pm reservations. It was the day before mother's day and prom night but didn't get seated until 6:25pm. Didn't order apps, just ordered mains when they came to ask about apps. Didn't order dessert either and still didn't get the check until almost 8pm. Others who had been before said they'd never seen it so busy but still not impressed waiting 40 minutes when we had reservations and then service taking an hour and a half with no apps or desserts.
First time was the day before Mothers Day 2026. Full parking lot but reservation was available on time. Food was pretty good; I had the Grilled Churrasco skirt steak with the roasted veggies and parmesean fries. Wasn't blowing my socks off, but was still a good meal overall. The crab/shrimp/lobster bisque is amazing, and the caramel donuts are a MUST. Overall, I'll visit again since there's so much on the menu, but tone back your expectations a bit
