I was there with my 94 yr old aunt and we were in line to check out. A person got in front of us, like we were not even there and Meechi told him not to disrespect us by cutting us. My aunt was in a wheelchair because she can't walk far. I appreciate the way Meechi handled it and the respect hw showed my aunt.

I received above and beyond service today. I was having a pretty serious sugar crash and out of no where customer rep Meechi came to the rescue. He said wait here. He then came back with a Snickers and a Snapple in hand to ensure my safety. Thank You again Meechi for excellent service and for noticing your surroundings

I’m a loyalty Costco member for years. We spent thousands of dollars every year in Costco. This’s a first time I am giving a bad review of a Costco. Only because Tim, working at marketing in the customer service counter. Maybe he had a bad day at 11AM? he seems so angry or mad. I returned some merchandise (new, unopened) which I purchased 4 days ago at the same costco. Reason is no longer needed. He tells Costco only accepts unsatisfied merchandise, not those new unopened extra purchase merchandises. He’s doing me a favor to forgive me this time and return those for me. How funny is that? Any retail stores can accept new, unopened return without any doubt. Bring his attitude to the work especially in the customer service department is very unprofessional and inappropriate.

This store is getting major updates with new added parking spaces and a new entrance route.

Little chaotic since the parking lot is being expanded but it'll be worth it in the end. Do think they need to rethink the checkout process. It's super congested 100% of the time.

I was there and tried to grab two samples one for me and one for my mom and the person vending them rudely said one per person and gave us both a dirty look then later I went to get a BBQ brisket sample and the guy vending those gave me a dirty look. Little constructive criticism switch to robots
