Costco and I have a love hate relationship because I love going but I always spend way too much money when I go! I try to stick to the list but that hardly ever happens. Love the samples and the kind staff. Can't beat the $1.50 hotdog and drink...best deal in town

We like to pop into this Costco when we're in the area. I think they might have the best selection of the Costcos in the area. The staff members are always nice and helpful. Just like at any other Costco, you can always find good deals.

Good pizza for $9.99. Cheese or pepperoni. Only two or three people working and they work hard on Friday nights - in front of a standing crowd of hungry people with nothing to do but watch them work! I called ahead, gave an estimated pick up time, did some quick shopping so I didn't have to wait long. I paid at the kiosk and after about ten minutes, my name was called, they verified the number on my receipt, and i was on my way! Wish there had been a tip jar. The staff deserve kudos!

My daughter worked here for about a year and observed, and was subjected to both racial and sexual harassment. She said her male manager routinely made derogatory comments about Asian customers and the bodies of female staff and customers. When she finally worked up the nerve to go to management, they found a way to terminate her and actually promote the aggressor. Sad experience for a young person just trying to pay her way through college. Costco is a disgrace. I may come back and name names, they should be called out.

I like to thank Managers Travis and Whitney, Regina from Costco Travel and Toni Fuller for the outstanding customer service which was provided to resolve my issue. Everyone kept there word and really treated me like a value customer. Thank you all for the outstanding job much appreciated.
The food is WAY better than it has to be. Excellent hot dogs and pizza, and the chicken bake is wonderful!

Costco is the place. You can find everything you need or want at Costco. I go every couple of weeks on minimum!

This COSTCO is not terribly old, it keeps the facility up, anyway. It has been years that I've not had my member card with me and went to Membership to get a temp /day pass to do a little shopping for Christmas. The lady at the desk (one of four positions) was just barely short of being rude. She acted as if I was coming in weekly without my card. She warned me that I had to go online now and do some unexplained actions on my account and said, "I'll be checking the next time you come to this desk to see if you've gone online ..." and did something, but didn't say what. I wasn't impressed with her attitude or complete lack of Customer Appreciation. Why go to a company where it'd so crowded there are no shopping carts available, but have to wait for an employee to bring in the carts? Or go to get two very needed prescriptions and there's tens of people ahead in line (I stopped counting at 40) and couldn't afford the 30 minute wait to just talk to someone behind the counter. It's getting to be not worth it. At $120/yr for dues and be treated like this? Not good at all.

My experience is that this is a mid Costco. Don't get me wrong, Costco is incredible but in my experience the other locations in the area are much better. The food court is kind of a disaster just like the parking lot. Way too crammed for the crowd. It might actually just be that Costco needs to expand the location. I still drop way too much money here regardless.
