First time going, I got a Italian sub because they didn't have the ingredients for the reuben. I have come back two other times for the reuben. When I had it the first time it was landed with everything but when I went back to have the reuben again it was small and the meat was dry also didn't have much of any flavor compared to the first one.

Must rate this location five stars. The service is OUTSTANDING, the food delicious. Passing thru and decided to try something new and they didn't disappoint; food made when you order. Antonio and his supervisor were the helpful, smiling faces that a customer wants to be confronted with when you enter an establishment. Thank you guys, I definitely recommend eating here.

My wife and I drove from Georgia (Wisconsin Born and raised) for a wedding in Indy, and had to make a stop at the one and only cousins And they did not disappoint. Absolutely amazing service, good energy, and when the order came to our table! Everything was fresh hot This was not nostalgia. This was a quality sub. That was everything We was hoping for. Definitely going to take two to go! And maybe stop on Sunday on our way back home
I rarely leave reviews this bad but I spent $39 for two small subs, two tiny fries, and two tiny drinks. The drinks and fries were literally smaller than kids sizes at most restaurants. Not exaggerating. And when we got to the soda machine, most of the drinks weren't even available. Food was below average. Literally $40 for this.

Totally worth it. More meat than Jimmy John's, better bread than Subway, faster than Jersey Mike's, easier than Which Wich. We ordered 4 party boxes to cater an office party and it was delivered right on time, with a great assortment of sandwiches and everyone loved it.

I recently came into Cousins after hearing good things about it but things kinda went left. Not sure what them employees names were but to start it off I came was barely greeted by a lightskin employee with a low bun with blonde in it. She seemed very uninterested, standoffish, almost as if she caught an attitude while taking my order which kinda surprised me because I had heard good things about the customer service. After waiting for my food a lady brought my food out and I was trying to ask her about stuff on the menu but it’s like she didn’t even speak a lick of English it was like I was talking to a wall. Why hire people who can’t even communicate with customers. The food was okay definitely not worth for the price. Employees seemed annoyed with their job especially the one with bun even watched her interact with people in the drive thru on her phone, annoyed , had almost an attitude. Not sure if I’ll be back

Poor service from lady with tattoos who stated she was the GM Manager, I asked for a root beer float, she filled it mostly with root beer and barely any ice cream, the young lady giving my order stated she would remake it, as she was doing it the GM stopped her and asked me what the issue was and I said I’ve gotten this drink before here and it’s had more ice cream it’s just root beer, the GM stated they only put 2 ounces of ice cream in there floats perhaps I would like a shake, I asked her was she the manager or something I have not had this experience of staff here telling me the ounces, she said she was and could add a little bit more ice cream to the top but otherwise she would need to charge me for extra ice cream, I said to just add some then and told her I didn’t think restaurant could take drinks back and forth through the drive thru, she was annoyed, needless to say I won’t be back
