The service and the atmosphere were both amazing. But I have to say that the food was not very good at all. I bought and ordered of Chilli cheese fries and an order of meatballs and provolone cheese. Neither one of them were good at all. I took one bite of both of them and did not like it at all... I'm hoping I just came here at a bad time or something. Because I have heard nothing but good about this place. I literally work 2 minutes away so it would be very convenient....

Greenwood, IN location. We made an online order. 2 adults and a very picky 5 year old. We got a little variety to get a good idea of the food. Think of Penn Station, but with more options for sides and drinks. If you purchase fries and/or curds I would suggest you have them make it when you arrive. They tie your food in a plastic bag. That's good for transporting your food, but not good for hot food sitting on the online stand waiting and getting soggy in the tied bag. The lid for our chili fries was not securely attached. Good recyclable container, but almost spilled the contents when I took it out of the bag. The chili fries were decent. My request was not honored for the sandwich. I asked for no onions and green peppers. They were on the sandwich. Cousins was worth a try, but we probably won't be back. Our thoughts. You may like and love COUSINS based on the amount we paid we had higher expectations. Live, Love, and Laugh

The people are over the top friendly! The double cheese stead ADD mayo was the most delicious and juicy sandwich I’ve had in decades! I didn’t realize that they had an actual flat top grill to cook the got subs. And they also can make any cold sub hot. But who wants a cold sub when you have a double cheese steak!?!

This review is not reflective of any customer service whatsoever because I know that no living human being would consume such a flavorless and unseasoned sandwich. I have been to this location 3 tinea because my dad really loves the Steak cheese steak. I ordered on this 3rd visit the the chicken steak cheese with extra chicken. It was completely flavorless and the provolone lacked flavor as well. Perhaps their Wisconsin cheese steak has more flavor, but I didn't get it because I thought it would be to cheesy. I would suggest the Wisconsin cheese curds because they are very much better than Culver's. Overall disappointed in the flavor of the sandwich. But my pappy loves it so I will be back for him
