Cracker Barrel Old Country Store

Natasha was AMAZING! We had a big group and she was so attentive, helpful, kind and was always smiling while helping us! If you go make sure you get her as your server!!!! Thank you Natasha!!

This is one of my favorite restaurants but the order last night was really unpleasant to eat the greens was just awful had to throw them out the country fried steak was good though but I had really wanted the greens

After waiting 30 minutes for my food (breakfast items), I called my server to ask for the Manager. A rather large black gentlemen come to the dining room and began asking table after table who called him. He had on an apron that was dirty with food and totally unprofessional. I flagged him to my table, told him my wait, and he replied he would take care of it. When my food arrived, it was NOT cooked to order (eggs were over hard not over medium as I ordered, and the bacon was half cooked after I ordered crisp bacon). I call the waitress over to let her know, she had my order recooked, this time correctly, but it was brought to me COLD. As I paid my bill, I let the cashier know of the issues, and she did absolutely nothing. Has to be the WORST visit I have ever had to Cracker Barrel, never again!

This Cracker Barrel always gets it right. The food is fresh and hot, the service is good, and the gift shop is *chef's kiss*. I enjoy every visit!

I don’t recommend going to this location. Very dirty especially the restrooms and when I said something about it eyes were rolled. Took over an hour to get our food and it wasn’t even hot. A lot of items were missing and it just wasn’t a good experience.

The staff is committed to giving a pleasurable experience. I forgot the name of my waiter, but she was a young lady who made sure we got everything we needed. The food is pretty good. Pretty standard stuff if you'd just like to have something to eat.

Vegetarian options: They have breakfast, lunch, and dinner. You can mix and match.

Kid-friendliness: Everyone is welcome. They also have a gift shop.

Wheelchair accessibility: The doors are a bit hard to open, but other than that, it's fine.

So I ordered online and told my order would be ready at 7:34. I was there in plenty of time but they didn't bring it out until almost 8. I think it had been sitting for a while because it was almost room temp by the time it was brought out. No utensils or butter for biscuits. There were two girls supposedly working in the front but really doing nothing. Seems like they could have been bringing food out from the kitchen instead of playing with jewelry, toys and counting down until it was time to go home.

At a lunch meeting out of town with a friend. Halfway point for both of us. The food the service the whole experience could not have been nicer. Two thumbs way up
