Food was cold by the time we received it. Only got one egg instead of two. Condiments took several minutes to get to us. Server seemed frustrated. Very disappointed.

I only have 1 complaint i wish they would have 1 system for all online/ in app orders some people may not realize when they ordered that they chose curbside and not carry out and go inside to get their order i had my husband place an order on-line while I went grocery shopping i gave them an hour to get the order ready it was dinner time so I knew they'd be busy i get their and they say my order still isn't ready so we waited another hour because we walked around for about 30 minutes waiting for them to call our name after we got in line to ask because it had already been over an hour we waited for 30min. And still we're waiting in line finally I chased down a guy bringing orders up and I'm like I ordered 2 hours ago and my order still isn't ready he asked if it was curbside or to go im not sure but my husband was positive he had ordered to go not curbside the guy said the ppl at the front wouldn't be able to see my order if it was curbside only the people in the back I'm sure many ppl run into this issue and they should be able to see every order placed regardless so I waited an extra hour for an order that was already ready and if it was placed as a curbside order then they can see that and just call to the back bringing up orders and let them know that your here and to bring the order upfront that's absolutely ridiculous

Ordered online. Order was supposed to be ready at 4:30pm. Got there at 5:15pm and after 25min they cant find my order. Lady at the counter just said I can't find it and looked no further. Waited until I seen another employee and asked him. When I asked him the lady behind the counter just rudely yelled out "he wouldn't know" well he went in back and found the order. In short. Took over 45 minutes to simply pick up a to go order. Staff was rude, unapologetic and didn't even try to help.

Set 4 of us at tables next to the window too close to the people behind us no one get in or out unless we had to completely move the chairs. Prices on fish increase and the fish instead of a whole piece they were cut in half. The food was cold fries soggy, the coleslaw was great.
Cashier was rude, I asked him how many pegs rewards I had, he said it would show after we paid. I wanted to see if I had enough to use. It didn't show O asked him again and he said we don't tell you that anymore. He mumbled something and I told him that I was sorry that he was having a bad night because he was very rude, maybe he might want to go take a break and reset his attitude.

Went here once before. Food was cold. Hey things happen. No biggie. They took it back and microwaved it. Came in again tonight. First they wanted to seat us next to the window. I politely ask if we could get a different seat cuz I was cold. It's 27 degrees tonight. They moved us 1 table over under a ceiling fan when there's plenty of tables open nearer the fireplace. Really? Ordered. Food was cold again! I didn't want to send it back because reheated mac and cheese in the microwave is just gross. They did take it off the bill for me, but I'm still leaving hungry. Once is an accident. Twice is a pattern. Wouldn't recommend unless you like cold food.

We have just visited your store in Southport, Indiana. The food of course was very good, but not really any different than what we expect and have gotten many times before
Our server was ROC. He was very good He had a pleasant persona Very clean and neat Polite Knowledgeable Very kind active He was efficient getting our food and drinks And he checked on us the appropriate amount of times
We wanted to make sure you knew that he did a very good job. I already sent a message on the general website for Cracker Barrel and left review there We also talked to the manager on staff at the time He directed me to this website

Parking: The only complaint I have, but I believe it’s out of the Cracker Barrel’s responsibility. The entrance road, which also goes to a hotel has lots of potholes you have to go very slow I would contact someone to get that improved
