This was the second time I have had cold food this was dumplings and the apples .My sister had tenders we thought the y were done to much but server said that’s the way they should be

I was doing Door Dash, but the staff was at this location was friendly and the atmosphere was one of family orientation. The order I was picking up was prepared and confirmed with little to no wait time. There's a gift shop that has a wide variety of trinkets of interest.

Had such a pleasant experience. My server was David and he was very polite and helpful when I had questions about items on the menu. Usually I have to let my food allergies known but David asked if I had any allergies then made great recommendations on which food I should try. I appreciated that sooooooo much.

David was my server and I've never had a better service experience. He was courteous, attentive, and was extremely helpful. David went above and beyond expectations to satisfy us. We will be dining here again as long as he is still employed.

I had the best experience yesterday with one of the waiters named David. He was so friendly, polite, and kind! Definitely recommend requesting him if you’re dining in at the Post Rd. location!

Breakfast is nasty it was my birthday and I left hungry I should’ve tried lunch are dinner . The Bacon n sausage was gross .

Ordered the Turkey breast and it was easy to heat up and right amount for two of us. Same with Hashbrown Cassarole. Hope to order again for Christmas.

This particular store has had it's share of ups and downs, but in the past year, the service has gotten worse and worse. I can't believe that upper manager would allow the service and wait times to be so bad for so long!

I decided to try dining in again, and just like last time, I stood there for more than 15min and the place hardly had any customers. As I was standing there, a family was complaining about the terrible service but the manager seemed clueless and unemphathetic. Nobody acknowledged me or told me that it would be a minute or anything!

So I walked out and went to Dennys across the street....AGAIN....where i was greeted and seated within 2 minutes and the place was very busy. Hope corporate receives this message and acts on it!

Last time coming back. Food is always missing from orders everytime.

We go there every year for the fried turkey dinner. It was half the size as before. The dumplings were runny, the biscuits were horrible, and the mashed potatoes were disgusting. I've live this place for years. With an experience this bad, it is no longer at the top of my list
