The bus group I was escorting stopped at this Cracker Barrel for a late lunch. Our group was 48 people and we were seated quickly. However, all of our group except for one table had their food and was done eating when the table in question still hadn't received their food. I asked 3 times for a wait staff to check on their order. Finally when I went in search of a manager their food was brought out. I asked for their meals to be comped since they were so late in getting it...

Average meal, nothing to rave about. Bit disappointed they had no blue cheese dressing, no thousand island dressing either, stuck with runny ranch honey mustard or oil-vinegar. Salad was pretty good, fresh but I miss when they used to make their own sour dough croutons. Meatloaf one dimension dominated by filler instead of meat. Carrots watery, (obviously sat in water for a while and lacked any flavor), green beans could of used some fat back or bacon and more seasoning. Server...

Everything was great except for the Host. We had a party of 5 which consisted of two senior citizens and one pregnant woman and one person of our party wasn't there yet. The Host refused to seat us until all of our party was there. There were plenty of empty tables so that wasn't the issue, needless to say we were not very happy.
