Crafty Crab Seafood restaurant

Was a frequent diner of this facility. Always ordered the king crabs. Prior to this visit, let the server know I was not satisfied, said she was sorry, I paid for the meal w/a written note on receipt…”worst dinner I’ve ever had”, called manager who asked me to come back at which time I would receive a discount. Decided to give them another try. Ordered king crabs again, granddaughter ordered catfish. Server asked me if I knew how much the crab legs cost I told her yes I’ve been here before. (?) Maybe she thought I couldn’t afford it, don’t know. Granddaughter and I looked at catfish she ordered and found it wasn’t done, manager explained they cook it for 2 mins and others like it. Took a piece to chef, brought back with piece in his hand, gave it back to granddaughter who he expected to eat it as it! Very unprofessional and unclean! Needless to say she did not eat any of it. If there is a corporate office, I will be in contact with them. Oh, he gave me 10% off this meal to compensate for my prior visit. SMH! Eat there at your own risk!

Food was delicious!!!! It was hot when it came out and it was plentiful. Our waitress couldn't understand some of our English. I didn't order a drink because of that. It was very clean and the prices were exceptional. I'll be returning.

It was overall ok! Ordered calamari it was good and 1 lb king crab legs boil add sausage it was okay I thought the sauce was salty corn and potatoes where excellent I did like how they precut the crab legs made it much easier to eat.. I did not like the drinks blue lemonade margarita on the rocks it actually was horrible then ordered Bahama mama it was better. Was very surprised they brought out paper plates for us to eat on. Never have seen that before Server was very nice but left and went home before we could even pay left us sitting there till we eventually asked someone walking by for to go boxes. Not impressed at all not somewhere I would choose to eat at again

Great seafood boil place. They seem to be everywhere now, but this is a good one. And if you've tried a few you know that matters.We got the small seafood platter (pictured) it was $48.99 and we split it between 2 ppl n were fine.Raw oysters were good quality. And the service was pretty quick for being the day before Valentine's.We'll definitely be back!

Delicious. Just delicious. Best gumbo and hush puppies in town. Fried shrimp has great breading. Sweet potato fries are crisp outside and tender inside. Service is attentive and kind. Decor is nice. Bathroom is clean. Just driving by and stopped. We will be back.

Food was delicious and the portions were generous. Had a large group of 10 so we had a wide variety of food. My only complaint was that the appetizers were served like 5 minute's before the main course. Next time I have a big group I will call the appetizers in while enroute. Staff was very friendly and attentive !

Really nice waitress. Fun place and my colleagues been the day before and loved it.Food was hot and tasted good.Here’s the very bad. Three of us had crab and three had lobster. The crab folks had horrendous food poisoning 30 hours later. All three had exact same symptoms. We called and they said sorry. I email and no response.Never again!!!!

Great place to visit if love Seafood of any kind. This is the "PLACE", I suggest. The atmosphere is welcome, the service is also, the waitress was awesome ? ?. Plan to attend again and again. My best friend birthday celebration ? event I attend ❤️ love it. Yes, I suggest you go for yourself. I attend on, Friday night ? ? ? ?.

OH MY GOSH!!! The only thing I wished for is to be staying another night b/c I might have had to have this two nights in a row. I got the lobster bucket w/ sausage (#1). Even the presentation was amazing. Many of the restaurants in this area were dead and not busy at all during the week. But regardless this place did NOT disappoint. There was 7 of us at two separate booths and everyone thoroughly loved their meals. I had medium Cajun seasoning and the only thing I wish the meal came with was bread to soak up the sauce in the bottom of the bucket. I cannot wait to be invited back for the next BCSP event b/c when we do I’ll be eating at the Crafty Crab FO SHO.

This place is a seafood restaurant, located a littlle to North-West of Indy. The place holds numerous seatings with large screens to watch the events . The ambiance is cool and friendly and that is perfect for family-style guests. I was actually invited by a friend whom likes this place.We ordered the shrimp bags, the portion was quite enough and well-cooked however I found it alittle tasteless and blame it on the condiments . My speculation might gone too far to expect something WOW however it could be fine to others whom could care less about spices. Nevertheless, the experience wasn't bad at all, I guess it just me a little picky !

We ordered the large seafood platter mild garlic butter and I also ordered a shark bite drink . Service was fast and the food was fast 10 out of 10 for the taste it was delicious definitely going again the shark bite tasted like a sour Swedish fish gummy ? place was not busy but the food was amazing

The bomb! Service is always great and the food is amazing. The staff is very friendly I love that some of them interacted with the customers. The best seafood in this area. Prices aren’t bad either.

Genesis is one of the nicest humans I've ever met. What a genuine gem.Also the seafood platter is is amazing.

Nobody greeted us. We were not sure if there was open seating. So I ask a couple walking out and was told No. Finally got a seat in the bar area. The food was great..the service... not so much.
