I’m not sure how this place has so many good reviews. None of the flavors on the menu are in stock. The outside is super dirty and unkept the inside is dark and dirty. The ice cream was very mid. Not worth it at all the employees seemed very rushed in didn’t even know the flavors they hadn’t stalk I felt very rushed and didn’t even get to properly choose a flavor because every flavor that I picked from the menu, they said that they did not have when I asked what did they have she didn’t even bother listing them and just pointed and said these are the ones we had pointing to the dirty glass with barely legible labels. Usually things in fishers are very nice. I was highly disappointed with this.

I went into crave exited for some ice cream but it was ruined by the disrespectful workers. While I was looking for my choice of ice cream-in about 10 seconds, a lady starts to aggressively ask me what I want. I calmly handled the situation and said nothing. I was rushed so I just picked out an ice cream and went to pay. We pay a lady with black hair OUR OWN MONEY, and we don’t thank them as they gave us horrible service. The lady aggressively says, “Your welcome! Have a good day.” Then we walk out and get in our car. The ice cream was 20$ for just 3 small cones. Never going there sundaes is much much better. Horrible experience. Horrible service. Never going back.

so i came into crave at 9:30 (still 30 mins before closing) and as soon as me and my younger siblings walked in they all mean mugged us but we ignored it and were super nice despite their attitude and they kept rushing us as we were just trying to figure out what flavor we would like aggressively asking if we know what we want if we are ready yet and it stressed out the kids! then we ignored their attitude for a second time! we got done checking out and were about to walk out without saying thank you because of their attitudes and aggression then this white girl with black hair and HUGE lashes yelled “YOUR WELCOME HAVE A GOOD DAY” very rudely worst experience ever will NEVER return. thank you.

This is a wonderful ice cream shop in a nice location near Geist Marina.

We frequent Crave Ice Cream Social a little too frequently. My kids will ask almost daily after dinner if we can have Crave! And a couple times a month I give in! Apologies for the nights we come in just 15 minutes before closing!!😉 But the staff is always so friendly and accommodating! I love that they have non-dairy options, and my youngest son loves their smoothies! We even love to get a pint every now and then and surprise a neighbor with Crave Ice Cream on one of our trips! Truly a gem of a locally-owned shop here in Fishers!

I moved near this location about three years ago, have eaten ice cream and shakes and sundays there about five or six times and it is always average at best and more $$$ than ANY ice cream shop in the entire metro area! It also seems to be run by teenagers who do not know what they are doing. Very disappointing. Will never go again! $8 for an average sized bland tasting shake (and I asked for a malt!)

Crave is a great spot to grab a cold scoop or two of ice cream after a long hot day on the lake! It’s conveniently located across the street from Geist Marina and Wolfies.
