My first time here and I would recommend it!!Even though it’s at the airport, there’s a beautiful restaurant that serves dinner and the menu is great! Its design is one of the first that I’ve seen, with many conference rooms and an amphitheater, where I had a peek into and was impressed. The overall design is magnificent!!

Rooms were dated and had some stains. The service and location was excellent.

So I gave this hotel a 3 star rating for a couple of reasons. The hotel is outdated, especially the bathrooms. The room we stayed in was a standard king. Everything was clean, and the bed was comfortable. However, for the price they charge. I have stayed in 2 star hotel accommodations with better amenities andinclude breakfast with your stay. The landing is an okay restaurant. Not bad, not spectacular and a little on the pricey side.Lastly, what really got me to score as I did.The reception made a mistake, resulting in a hold on my card for double the amount of my stay. Of course, apologies were given and an explanation that the card would ultimately becharged the correct amount that my invoice reflected. That still doesn't take away that until my bank processes all the extra holds they put on the card, a little under $400 is tied up unnecessarily.I most likely will not revisit this location. I had a better experience at the Hyatt across the interstate while under construction. So I can only imagine that once the construction is completed I would make a reservation there whenever in the area.

The rooms are updated and really quite accommodating & nicely thought out. There is a pool but it was not opened when I was there. I was however, extremely disappointed by the fact that there was blood and hair ? on the bathroom floor and I took a towel off the rack to use and it had a big brown mark in the center, NOT a stain...?‍? I decided against a shower that night. I was only sleeping there because it was close to the airport and I had a 6am flight. Very conveniently located to the airport. The front desk ppl could have been a little friendlier. But I noticed, since I used Price Line to book my one night stay, that the clerk kind of made a face like I was a cheapskate and wasn't worth his time. Over all I liked the hotel it just needs better cleaning practices and people who can hide their dislike of people that use a booking service for their accommodations.Rooms: Set up nicely. But dirty...

Needed to book a room for daughter and her friend due to burst pipe at their college apartment. Stephanie at the front desk was super helpful and kind. Our daughter was very complimentary of the hotel saying that it was very nice, the staff was very nice, the room was very nice and the bed was super comfy.

First, the emoyees really nice.As for rooms, comfortable, I like the angled beds for TV watching. Why the low rating? We are all travelers, one thing that irritates me is no guide with program playing on TV. I hate having to channel surf to find something to watch. Worse when "no information" is in the information of the channel. On to the bathroom. I find the large refillablebottles of cleansing agent totally unsanitary. No way of knowing what is actually in them. No towel bar or hook.near shower/tub. Have to walk over to only hook behind door. There is plenty of space on wall next to tub to put up hooks for multiple towels. The only advantage to lo location is under flight path at end of runway. Being the hub of FedEx, planes flying over all night. There is nothing near hotel for food or beverage if you don't have a vehicle. What is on premises is priced for the business person with an expense account, not for the average person paying out of pocket.

This hotel does not have a pool. Make sure to call the hotels in Indianapolis and ask if they have a pool if a pool is listed. I called three other IHG properties that stated they had a pool on their website but that was incorrect! There is absolutely nothing around the hotel. If you don't have a car... Well you are pretty much..... Out!!!

Do not stay at this hotel yes it’s convenient to airport but staff housekeeping needs upgrades. Amy and Stormy are the worst. 1. Room not clean same sheets from prior guest2. Trash was not taken out from prior occupants. Overcharged from bar. And refuse to fix it. Changed our linens with the same sheets. If you have to pay 30 extra to stay elsewhere then do it

I'd give this dump negative stars if it was possible..the only good thing I can say is the room is ok at best..nothing in the room works and no place to eat in house 3 something for a cup of waterdown coffee..this place is a joke..I've stayed at better super 8s WOULD NOT RECOMMEND THIS DUMP TO ANYBODY!

Was supposed to stay there tonight but a client had a death in his family and canceled the meeting. I made the reservation just hours before calling to cancel. They WOULD NOT honor the request. NO sympathy or empathy ! Crowne Plaza will be on my no fly zone. PS American Express Centurion tried to explain no answer. I travel 3-4 nights a week and have earned status on airlines hotels and rental cars over the past many years. No one has ever been so callous. Crowne Plaza not ever getting one single night from me or my company. So disappointed that people are so incapable of being human.

Good place to stay with free shuttle to the airport 24/7. They have breakfast, dinner and a market for food and drinks, along with a fully stocked bar. They have recently removed the pool and have banquet rooms.Food & drinks: They have an in-house restaurant and bar. There is a small market that sells snacks, meals, drinks, candy other items.

This is my favorite hotel in pretty much the whole of the US. If you have business or travel in Indy, stay at this hotel. Yes, it's by the airport, but you don't hardly hear the planes at all - they're no louder than the AC in an average building. The rooms are better than average. Our room had 2 queens and a couch. There is a large full length mirror, a large round mirror at the desk, and the bathroom is huge compared to most hotels at this rating. The bathroom also has a pull out mirror making it very useful for contact lens wears like myself. The water pressure is great, however the level of the shower head (at least in our room) was quite low. Also, for some reason, there is a dropped ceiling in the bathroom that (thankfully) does not carry through to the room, and it's quite a bit lower than the room ceiling. My 6'1" so's head was quite close to the ceiling in the bathroom. The lobby is beautiful, of course, and the elevators are glass, which is a nice touch. I've been here for several conferences and the ballrooms are great for that. I've also been here several times for travel and we love the restaurant, although it can be pricey. It seems to have changed again, which is fine, as it shows you they are always updating and keeping up with modern trends here. Some of the rooms have inward facing balconies, because this was a Holiday Inn (I believe) years and years ago (like decades). What was the courtyard now contains the beautiful, large front desk area, the grand piano, etc. So it's actually quite cool. I've never gotten one of those rooms, but they're pretty cool looking. I've read some of the other reviews and haven't found any of the negative things. The staff was very responsive to us - we ran out of TP and it was brought up immediately. The linens are bright white, warm, and comfortable. The beds are pretty decent as well. Not the best I've slept on, but compared to this hotel I stayed at 2 weeks ago, absolutely superior. Maybe I love this hotel for the nostalgia. I was pregnant with my daughter when I stayed here for the first time, and I was on the 5th floor then in a great room. But every time I come here, it's been the same great experience. I love this place, and I'll keep coming back. In fact, we'll be back here in 2 weeks!
