I have only purchased 2 items off of the menu, fried mushrooms (3 times) and 2 pizzas) at Cuginos. The fried mushrooms were delicious and the IDC pizza, delicious, and the works pizza I called about today because I did not see one of the toppings that should have been on it. I was told that I complain everytime I order which is a complete lie. I have raved about the few things that I have purchased. Today, June 12th, was the first time that I ever questioned anything, and it was not a complaint, it was a question. I am very disappointed in how I was treated, apparently a mistake in identity.The few things that I have had there have been delicious, unfortunately, I probably won't patronize again because of how I was treated. This lady, not sure if she is the owner or what...RUDE. The first time that I was there the lady that helped me was so nice and helpful. I haven't seen her there since then. Even though their food is very good, Customer Service is everything. Note to owner; SHE IS GOING TO RUIN YOUR BUSINESS‼️ Please bring the other lady back🤷♀️

We have been Cuginos fans for years. Their new tenderloin is INCREDIBLE!! I would say the best in Indianapolis!! I challenge you to find better!! Thick cut, crispy breading, soft grilled bun. OMG!!

I decided to try a different pizza from the usual places. Well, I ordered and picked it up, and it looked good. It tasted great as well. The only issue I had was that the top kept separating from the crust. But other than that, I was a good pizza.

Really solid pizza place. Moved here to the east side recently and it beats the other local and local-ish pizza places.
Definitely recommend this place over New Village, Jockamos, and Jacks and obviously chain places.
The service here is fantastic! The owner really goes the extra mile to make sure your order is perfect, and the quality is top-notch. I love how fast they are, and the straightforward menu makes it easy to know what you’re getting. And let me tell you, the food is just amazing! I'm absolutely obsessed with the mac & cheese—though I might recommend swapping out the nacho cheese for something like the three cheese but cavatappi is a great noodle for the mac.

We order to go when we don't feel like going out and they are only 10 mins away and always day and hr and a half no matter when your order ... for a specific example tonight we ordered at 7 being told an hr and a half now as I write your review it's 9 and food is still not here then call to check and they say sorry he had the info wrong not price reduction no free next meal just attitude cause you informed them they are bad at their job!

this place used to be legendary. i grew up in lawrence and we ordered it every week. after moving away and coming back into town i was so stoked to try it again as i hadnt had it in 20 years. found a huge black hair in my pizza. ruined everything.
