This is definitely a Culvers to make your regular spot. Been going to this one regularly for 3 years where im on a first name basis with nearly everyone.
Diamond, Nikki, Sue, Bri, Jakob, Davion, Autumn...all of them and more have special shout outs from me. It's always easy to leave reviews when something is wrong, but this location gets it right. Think only once out of dozens upon dozens of times over 3 years have I ever seen missing something from my bag.
Location is always clean and food on point. Just a thanks to my favorite crew!

Carry out order at Shear Ave location in Indianapolis. Fries were burnt, employees argued with me and said they were fresh. Refused to give me fries that were not burnt. They looked burnt and tasted burnt as well! Horrible service and horrible product.

I try not to leave negative reviews anywhere because people have bad days and it is what it is. However, this location will never give you the correct condiments. Five separate times since the beginning of May I’ve either gotten home to realize I have no ketchup or mustard, or have had to drive to the window to ask for some. I get it happening once, but the amount of times it’s happened to me in such a short period of time means it’s probably happening to everyone else.

I absolutely LOVE the custard!!! It's a lot more rich and a TON more creamy than regular hand-dipped ice cream and soft-serve as well! Delicious!!!! However, for a fast food restaurant, it is pretty pricey compared to the other fast food restaurants around.... the food is always fresh and hot and better quality, overall, compared to others though... customer service was A1 as well! I guess the old saying is true... you get what you pay for! I will be visiting again very soon!

My burger was burnt. I had a lady at the register that told me she was the manager/owner she look like she was on drugs walk in the men's room had urine on the walls I also noticed some of the people working at the register putting money in their pocket instead of in the register
