Culver's is always good. I had the grilled chicken sandwich and it was awesome. The fries were really good as well. The Deluxe double cheese burger was very good too. You can't go wrong at Culver's. Just went back to Culver's for dinner. Quincy took my order and was very professional and friendly as are all the employees.

I've always had good experiences here... until today. I took my preschooler for dinner and ice cream as a first-day-of-school treat. The meal was satisfactory, after which we ordered ice cream. By the time we returned, our table had been cleared - including the leftovers (tomorrow's after-school snack) and my son's stuffed bear. We were able to fish the soggy stuffy out of the trash can (he'll be fine after a field trip to the washing machine), though I wasn't about to dumpster dive for chicken nuggets! I appreciate prompt tidiness, but I think next time we'll go to Graeters.

Unbelievably slow service (50mins for 2-person order). Appeared to be sufficient number of employees behind the counter & in kitchen, but no sense of organization or flow. Witnessed multiple people request refunds, so maybe I’m just crazy for waiting that long. Food was good though!

These are my favorite burgers and in all the time that I’ve been here today was my worst experience, y wanted a vanilla shake the cashier said that they don’t have vanilla and later I saw a person with vanilla ice cream. And I had to wait 30 minutes to get a burger that wasn’t the one I ordered

I go here often because my son loves him some Culver's. In the beginning it was perfect. Food was always fresh and delicious. Now the food is always cold like it has been sitting all day. I always ask for fresh food now, but for some reason I NEVER get it. I always tell the person who is ringing me up to made to order, or fresh, buy I never recieve fresh food. I should get fresh food if I ask and I am paying. I hate spending MY money on old cold food ugh.
Gaby was an absolute delight. So helpful in accommodating taking our order! And then Jimmy brought us our food and was super friendly and helpful! Great experience!
