The food was delicious We didn't have to wait very long for our order. I didn't see a way to order from our table like I have seen at other Culver locations so had to order at the counter. However, since they weren't too busy there wasn't a problem finding a seat. Getting out of the parking lot could be an issue due to the traffic flow is at certain times of the day.

Ryan went out of his way to make sure I was able to get exactly what I wanted delivered in a snow storm. He answered the phone in a welcoming friendly manor. He made me feel cared for. The order was correct and super hot. It made my day because I needed dinner after a failed road trip. I had to pivot while driving in a snow storm having us find the nearest hotel to sleep in and needing dinner nearby. Ryan made my day and the experience 10 times better giving all the circumstance. (I got the beef pot roast sandwich with no bun and added brown gravy as well as mashed potatoes/gravy/and broccoli).
