Great experience eating at this Culver's location. Staff friendly, food hot and fresh as always. Staff checked on us twice while dining. Cleanliness of restaurant was excellent.

Fast and friendly! As far as fast food goes Culver's is my favorite. The people are always friendly! I love the kids meals, even though I am not a child, they're only $6 and that comes with a drink and frozen custurd

I've now been sitting here almost 20 minutes waiting for a single burger. Nobody has ordered ahead of me and the lobby is empty. I've now watched 2 people who ordered after me get food before me

Unfortunately, the DoorDash relationship strikes again.
Culver’s admits to making a mistake and forgetting to include all of the food in the order. But because it is DoorDash (the chosen delivery partner of Culver’s), there is nothing the restaurant can/will do when food is missing. Even when the restaurant readily admits they made the mistake and did not include all of the food on the order that had been paid for. You’re left dealing with DoorDash. Does Culvers offer to help? Of course not. You’re on your own sir to deal with DoorDash. We all know how that works out.
Have you ever tried to get someone on the phone from DoorDash when a mistake has been made? You’d have better luck calling the IRS with a tax question.
Culver’s is happy to give you all of the food if you want to come and pick it up, so why order delivery in the first place?

Spoke with Mgr Erin. He couldn’t help me. I ordered food for the office. Every time I order from this location they always forget part of the order. Unless I sit in my car and unpack the bags to check, I get back to my office and something is always missing. Don’t order carry out unless you check the bag or don’t mind driving back to get what’s missing!

Me and my fiancé are originally from Mississippi. We traveled up for a wedding and we had eaten Culver’s at two other locations before we ate here. This was a new restaurant for us because Culver’s is not in the south. Both of them were a million times better in service and freshness. The employee that was in the drive thru laughed at my fiancé’s stutter at the speaker when we ordered. This made me so angry. Other than that, the burgers we ordered were not fresh like the others we had from the other locations.

This location is good if you love to wait and maybe even get forgotten about 🥰 Jokes aside… i’m not usually a reviewer but ive had poor service here the last two times i went. :/ the first time i waited so long for my order, while others got theirs, that I called into their phone line to see what was going on. they offered me a free cone voucher as an apology. and i would have let it go… except this last time i went, both drive thru lines were backed up, and i heard a worker take three cars in a row from the other line without acknowledging me. I was so frustrated that I left.
