My husband ordered for curbside pickup. I had just gotten off working a 12 hour shift at the ER.I went inside as the last time we ordered pickup, our food never came out. I was greeted at the counter and explained I was picking up an order. Gave her my name. She proceeded to give me an order that was not my name. No where close. So. I waited while our food was being prepared. 6 orders went out. 5 minutes after the last one, a young man asked if I was still waiting. Yes. Asked my name. Again. The young lady said my name wrong 3. More.times. it isn't a difficult name. My order wasn't ready according to her. Another male looked on top of the rack. Yep. My food had been sitting- again. Got home. It was cold. The hamburger patty was small. Needless to say I probably will not ever go back. It used to be a great place. Not so much anymore.

My main stay for Burgers. I order delivery and go to the restaurant. Food quality is always high quality. And orders delivered or always correctly done with proper condiments an napkins. One nitpick, is the hamburger meat is over salted, but that is common in take out food in America. We tend to always over salt our food.

Always - 3 of 4 times - when we arrive at home, we find that our order is incomplete because fries, or the onions ring, or the chili is missing. Last night, we ordered online to pick up the curbside and surprise!! The chili was missing again!! We love their burgers, but we are tired of this repeated fail.

I only gave 1 star for everything because I am still upset!! First off, guys in front of me had NO concept of counter ordering. They kept changing their order. So when it came my turn, kid was upset. I asked for receipt but did not get one, so I let that go! I ordered for myself and husband, but only got part of meal. Unacceptable. Yes, they were changing shifts but VERY DISORGANIZED! The fish sandwich has shrunk and for $24 I guess I expected more. NEVER AGAIN!! NOT FAST FOOD NOR GOOD FOOD!

I tried the pretzel bites with the cheese that comes with it. They were good. But for me not enough there. Had me wanting more.
