This is by far my favorite store. My food is always fresh, comes out fast, and when I dine in the store is always clean. Employees are really professional and nice. My favorites are Sham, Tammy, and Ashley. They keep this place alive with their happy positive attitudes.

I ordered door dash, and side of (free) pickles isn't listed on DD. So I called in to ask if they could include in the order. She said we don't usually do that, (ok?, just a small ask, like include napkins, which apparently they also dont usually do bc we didn't get that either) Then said I'll see what I can do. I knew she wasn't gonna do it. Petty!

Y'all, weve been waiting for our food for 20 minutes in this parking lot, and multiple cars after us are getting their food. It's literally 2 burgers, come on
I went in Friday evening to get carry out. I ordered a fish sandwich without cheese and extra tartar sauce, pretzel bites with cheese, double cheeseburger with onion rings and a strawberry shake for my father. The worker was walking around with my order on a tray although I ordered it to go. When a got home, 5 minutes away the fish had almost no tartar sauce on it. The cheese sauce with the pretzel bites was so watery it had no taste and had to be thrown away. I ate 2 bites of the fish because it was too dry with the small amount of tartar sauce. I get tired of paying good money for food that is subpar. I was tired from working all week. Do better Culvers. It wasn't the worker that took my order because he took and ordered it right.
