I went in Friday evening to get carry out. I ordered a fish sandwich without cheese and extra tartar sauce, pretzel bites with cheese, double cheeseburger with onion rings and a strawberry shake for my father. The worker was walking around with my order on a tray although I ordered it to go. When a got home, 5 minutes away the fish had almost no tartar sauce on it. The cheese sauce with the pretzel bites was so watery it had no taste and had to be thrown away. I ate 2 bites of the fish because it was too dry with the small amount of tartar sauce. I get tired of paying good money for food that is subpar. I was tired from working all week. Do better Culvers. It wasn't the worker that took my order because he took and ordered it right.

Really good crew working when I visitted. Polite, helpful, friendly. Sandwich and fries came out quickly and were very hot. Good job all around.
Always cold hamburger made fresh that's a joke. Tired of wasting money on cold food.

I love Culver’s but for some reason the peanut butter concrete mixers are absolutely awful now. There is this weird consistency to it despite how many times I mix it. I’ll attach a photo. Is it the type of peanut butter you guys are using now? Because this is not the only location this has happened at. I haven’t tried any other flavor so I’m not sure if it’s the ice cream or the peanut butter. Everything else is great

Tried to do a DoorDash through driver through and told them the name then proceeded to go inside to get the order then said that order was already picked up. After I canceled the order I wanted to get a shake because they said what can I get you then they said never mind we are close. Wasted 7 mins of my time…
