Culvers is my favorite I will start with that the attitude and the employee's the manager at this location are rude not friendly and not compassionate and today I questioned whether I would ever return to this location I in the middle of 3 the one in Lawrence on Shadeland and this location on East Washington and today my experience made me feel like I don't want to spend another dollar

The food is great, but as with all Culvers, you have to pull around and wait a second it’s like fast food -5 minutes. Everything there is so good though and it’s definitely worth the wait

Don’t EVER order from them through Uber eats or anything else. They half do everything. Concrete mixers barely filled. Wrong add-in’s. No spoons. And forget about getting your money back through Uber eats or calling the restaurant to complain. Absolute horrible attention to detail. DO BETTER!

Qwenn is absolutely amazing with his bright spirit and loving personality he greeted me with open arms handled me with care explained the menu to me and excused my order perfectly I highly recommend coming here and meeting him

They consistently get your order wrong in the drive-thru I hope you don't live far because you'll have to return to get the rest of your order there's too many people working in the facility they're falling and tripping all over each other Don't try to call because the manager will only leave you on hold for 10 plus minutes and then take the phone off the hook it's sad everything on East Washington Street sucks!

You can't fault the ambiance of Culver's. Lots of brick and wood to give you a feeling of home.
In the past, I would have said that you can't fault the service, either. Not so sure, anymore....
The lady at the register was helpful enough but the server was gruff, unsmiling and unhelpful. We had to ask more than once for assistance in getting parts of our order and the server seemed to be bothered by our petulance rather than apologetic for the forgotten items.
My mother got a coffee. We won't make that mistake again. Barely lukewarm (no, we didn't try the Larry David nose experiment) and, unbelievably, they had no cream, non-dairy creamer or half and half. This in a shop that prides itself on outstanding Wisconsin dairy products, no less...
My mother also found her burger to be disappointingly soggy although, in fairness, my shrimp was good except for a dried out biscuit that came with it.
Overall, I was less than impressed which is especially disappointing in a shop that I had come to appreciate in the past.
Pro Tip Beverages are best avoided altogether here. Get a cup and enjoy some free water. And, whatever you do, I suggest that you stay away from the coffee.
