I ordered a single mushroom Swiss burger, now I get this every time I go. And I barely even have mushrooms on my burger. It’s not even a teaspoon of mushrooms on this. It’s dry, I’m so disappointed. I always have hella mushrooms and sauce on my burger.

I ordered a chocolate milk shake. I got a cup of CHOCOLATE CUSTARD that had been put under the shake mixer. That IS NOT how a chocolate milk shake is made at any other Culver's I've visited. They used vanilla custard, chocolate syrup and mix it together. I don't understand how the worker didn't know how to do it.

First time I ever had Luke warm food from a Culver’s ( nothing was fresh about my meal) the bottom of my bread was soggy. Fries dang near stale. I’ve never had a bad experience with a Culver’s until I went here today around 1:15pm. Disappointed is an understatement
