I ordered jerk chicken enrolls and after I paid for it I was told they don’t have any. The chic refunded my money then told me to give some time for the refund to show. What if that was all the money I had that day? I ordered the jerk chicken wings instead. It was too hot inside to wait so when I came back I looked at the chicken. IT appeared to be jerk chicken so I got my drink which had alcohol in it without being told it did. I got home the chicken was soggy and there was pink inside, when I called to see how they cook the chicken this chic said don’t freak out due to pink on the inside. She told me they slow cook it. I’m used to grilled food. Long story short I woke up at 2am on the toilet. I had been fasting all as y so I know it was the chicken. I tried to tell her the chicken appeared to be under cooked, and she told me it was normal ?

Customer service was horrible came in they was just sitting down on their phone . Food was okay

They charged $13 for three “jerk chicken” tacos. They barely put any meat on the tacos, they put majority cheese and cole slaw. Definitely wasn’t worth $13, more like $6. Please do better! I would not recommend

Ordered the double meat plate, was 70% rice, 15 % cabbage, barely any meat, paid for upgraded meat in the dish; very disappointed after good customer service, while policy states no refunds on to-go orders; I see now see why; will not return

This place had good service. I really hate to leave a review but I have to be honest. This was THE WORST JAMAICAN CUISINE I HAVE EVER HAD! It was salty it was burnt and lacked flavor all at the same time. The portions were small, they were literally giving us scraps. I ended up throwing my food away. I COULDN'T eat it. None of the adults that the food was really for ate it. On top of that it was expensive. We paid $86 for this. ??‍♀️I'm Sorry for leaving this because again the service was great but the food was absolutely terrible. And I hope others don't make the mistake I made.

the food is so amazing!!!! they give good portion sizes! the food always taste fresh and never like it's been sitting there. everything has so much flavor. they package delivery orders very well! this is definitely one of my favorite new restaurants!

Boy! Definitely will be back. Love the vibe. Staff was ?. Best of all the food was on point. The cabbage and Mac Cheese ! A1 Thank you for blessing me.

Stopped in to get takeout for lunch. The staff was very friendly and even maintained friendly conversation while I waited for my order. The food was delicious! I'll definitely be back!

I must be honest I'm big on being a foody This place was highly recommended for the oxtails everyone swore up and down that they received way more oxtails from this place than any other Jamaican breeze places The one on keystone and the one on 86th Street no cab I did not get more I actually got less The rice and beans were fired The gravy was fire My portion of oxtails was horrible It seemed more like they were being selfish with the meat versus the other restaurants they normally just plop it right on there on top of the rice so it was a big letdown that's just my honest opinion and it was overpriced more than the other two Jamaican restaurants but the light skin girl that took my order was real nice

I took My King-Husband to this fine establishment on 04/27/2024. Our server, I believe her name was Crystal (if I'm incorrect, please accept my humble apologies ) she was patient, attentive, kind, and very personable. Our food was fantastic and reminded me so much of home (St. James Parrish, Jamaica) My King-Husband also enjoyed his meal, and so did I! We will most definitely be back. Give thanks to the owner! ?????

Great food! Love the Caribbean punch! Beef patties are the best I've had! Really good curry goat and great jerk pulled pork! Love the plantains too! A must visit of Indy!

Da Blue Lagoon catered a Jamaican themed lunch for my office. We ordered for about fifty people. The menu consisted of: rice and peas, cabbage, fried plantain, beef patties, curry goat, and jerk chicken. They did not disappoint! Thank you for providing exceptional service and delivering in a timely fashion! Looking forward to partnering with you again!
