I've always wanted to try Daddy Jack's and I wasn't disappointed. I love the old school feel of the place and it has a Cheers feel to it. The wait staff are long timers who are very vested in the place. Michael was our server. He was very friendly and made us feel very welcome. The food was very good, not excellent, but very good. I plan to return.
Connie E did a great job making us feel appreciated and did an excellent job of keeping an excellent meal at a good pace. We do appreciate this restaurant and try to frequent it often!
We eat here all the time and had steak sandwiches, ahi tuna, rare, with house salads. All entrees were served hot, cooked as ordered, and were delicious. I thought the broccoli (side dish to the tuna) was much better than expected with a slightly flavored butter sauce. Calling that broccoli out because it was the only thing we ordered that we had never had before.
