Went to this location @ 5:45PM and they refused to give me service stating “they were closed” when they don’t close until 10:30 and had two employees there. Very disappointed since I come to this location all the time. If you’re going to hire high schoolers then make sure they know how to actually work and do their job.

The most Rude and disrespectful employee I've ever met works here. I placed my order , was handed the wrong item when told its what I ordered and I needed you order right and take what I order next time. She shut the window locking it and told me to never come back flipping me off. I sisd this is not my hole order. Yet I did not want to.hold up others I drove to the side street to file my complaint. DQ owes me an apology, money and a ice cream cone
