Everything that I've ever ordered from here has always been messed up lunches desserts whatever it is recently I ordered my son's cake for his birthday I took it back because I had holes on the side it had the Oreos it has Oreos but it's missing so it's only Oreos and ice cream next time a better location with more experience people that know what they're doing because all it was with a few Oreos in a slab of chocolate ice cream I have pictures as proof and no I don't want a third cake it's just pure ice cream no Oreos no blizzard I basically could have just ordered a cone and save the money put two cakes later still have a problem there must be a problem with the training there

This girl who works at the drive thru so mean and disrespectful and she’s cussing and she’s missing around to keep the change she told me a different price and when I came to the window she said the actual price with lower voice and when I told her about it she started cussing she really doesn’t deserve to be on the customer service windows for DQ.

This is the sweetest little chain in Fountain Square! They mostly do ice cream...no burgers or fries. Hot dogs and chili dogs, yes...with chips, a medium drink, and a small sundae (which is a solid bigportion, imo!) for $10... But they do also have the fabulous banana splits!!

Ordered 2 medium blizzards at the window, one was wrong and the other was like water. Asked for it to be remade and girl grabbed it out of my hand and almost shut my hand in the window. Will not be going back. Poor quality and terrible service.
In the drive thru ordered a chocolate shake and a m&m blizzard my milk shake was liquid asked if they could remake it and the girl looked like she didn't want to remake it she said that's how they come and next time if I want it thick then I should ask for it that way I'm appalled cause never had to ask for it that way ever it was liquid oh maybe because they close in 30 min so they shut the ice cream machine down to early so they call there self remaking it ti give it back exactly how it was liquid my blizzard had about 2 bags of m&ms in it but went to stir it up and they didn't even blend it very dissatisfied so I just got my money back poor service and poor product....
