I’ve been to this DQ before and had had great service but today, all signs pointed to this location being open - neon open sign was on, Google says it was open, indoor lights were on. We rang the service bell 3 times and waited several minutes and nobody arrived. ??♀️ we ended up going to Square Scoops in fountain square instead.

It's dairy queen. I thought the internet should know what a kids $2.99 sundae looks like. When asked about it and said that's ridiculous they replied that that's what you get. If it's an 1.5" tall, that's generous.

Absolutely terrible. I placed a mobile order for a ice cream cake. When I got there. They let me know that they had no ice cream cakes left. I asked them how to get my money back. They said they were completely unsure as they shut the window. I had to stay there in the cold and look it up on Google how to cancel an online order at dairy queen. It told me to have her hit cancel. But I noticed that she had already hit completed, even though I hadn't received anything. I was worried from that moment on. Even though she said after a few clicks that she hit cancel, I Add no way to see that for myself. It was too late to call customer service. So I started calling the very next day. A week later, I'm here calling customer service AGAIN. Trying to figure out where my FN refund is... Worst mobile experience ever!!! Update: 11-22-23 STILL WAITING FOR REFUND. I HAVE BEEN CALLING. ? WORST MOBILE EXPERIENCE EVER!!! I WOULD RATE 0 IF POSSIBLE.

Who was running the store last Friday night? They were extremely rude and extremely slow-moving. Not only that, they had friends come in through the back door, then leave with armloads of food. And after the friends left, they shut down the restaurant very early, leaving everyone in the seven-car line to fend for ourselves.This is my favorite DQ in town! What a huge disappointment!

This Dairy Queen in Fletcher Place is more of a walk-up joint. I'm not even entirely sure you can go inside this Dairy Queen at all. This is a to-go place, for sure. I visited on a hot summer's day for one of Dairy Queen's classic Dilly Bars. That's a vanilla soft-serve ice cream bar covered in chocolate, cherry or butterscotch (I chose chocolate). I'm not really an ice cream person, but that Dilly Bar hit just right. There are some tables outside of Dairy Queen on the patio to sit at, if you're so inclined. This area has a lot of car traffic passing by, so you can enjoy your soft-served ice cream treat and look at the people drive by.

Two words: Biden's America. Why do the hours online say they are open until 10:00 but when we pull up, they whisper into the speakers that they are closed. Sir then why are you there with 3 "Open" signs flashing? Needless to say, it was the biggest disappointment of the day. And that is saying a lot considering I woke up in my second cousin's bed with Cheeto's up my ass crack this mornin.
Said that they were closed when they were not closed and took the others orders after us. Very unprofessional and disrespectful.

I've liked their plain vanilla ice cream cones on a hot day, ever since I was a child ?.This building is essentially a food stand, with no interior for customers. It does have lots of nice outdoor seating with tables.

Stick to Treat ONLY! So I don't like leaving bad reviews however, I was first in line today. I waited 23 minutes for 1 grilled chicken sandwich and 1 chili cheese dog. Do not eat the food. The hot dog was barely warmed and the grilled chicken does not look like something anyone should be eating. It looks like rubber and also barely seemed cooked. It contained mayo, lettuce and bread. It did not taste good either. I threw half of it away.
