Wondering why Dairy Queen at 10th and post charges for a pup cup when none of the other dairy queens even charged for one.

Ordered 5 Sundays 3 banana splits in the drive through.
They were handed to me without The lids or paper bags.

We go to this establishment fairly often, but lately they aren't up to par. A week and a half ago I went to pick up our dinner. We order the same thing every time. Half the time, the prices are different! I ordered two double cheeseburgers with mayo, pickle and lettuce. I got them home and the only condiment that was on them was mustard and ketchup. Last night, we decided to give them another try. I ordered the same thing. I got them home and the condiments were correct, but they gave me single burgers instead of double ones. AND I PAID FOR DOUBLE CHEESEBURGERS. I tried to call them last night and today and no one would answer the phone. There were 4 people working in there last night and I was the only person inside with one car in the drive thru so it couldn't be that they were that busy to not answer the phone. I don't know what is going on, but it isn't rocket science. I order, pay for and expect to get what I ordered.

I special ordered a cake for fathers day. I got a subpar cake. No vanilla layer no fudge. We had a party to get to so I really didn't pay that much attention. I cut the cake and it was sad.
Today I took back half the cake to show there was nothing there. The manager in his very early 20s tried to tell me it was because the cake had melted. It was a 5 minute trip to where we were going. He was very argumentative and refused to do anything. I did not want a total refund but half would have been nice and he could have kept the cake. As far as being melted I have driven 20 minutes and not had a cake melt on me before. We have been going to this location for 20 yrs but won't be back. Worst customer service I have ever had manager had no customer service skills.

The blizzard and shake were just as expected, the atmosphere was quiet and clean. The service was fast and correct.

Update: I went and returned over half the cake, and they gave me a refund, so I added a star. Buyer beware they default to putting crumbs in ice cream cake now and flavors are no longer throughout. I will never purchase a cake again.

I have ordered cotton candy cakes, and they were great, all cotton candy throughout. However, this time the cake had chocolate crumbles in the center and only vanilla ice cream on the bottom. The birthday girl does not like chocolate and it was very disappointing.

Order 2 chilli dogs. The chilli look like it been in the pot for 5 years. The chilli was darker then my black friend. Ended up pooping all night. Food quality on the east side is horrible. But what did I expect from the hood.

This has been my favorite DQ for 27 years. When I was pregnant, I went there everyday for a double delight, so sad they don't make them anymore. FYI, my daughter has a terrible sweet tooth. Thank you for staying in our neighborhood.

Some of the nastiest customer service I’ve experienced. Almost every employee is rude. I feel bad for the workers who are actually nice, but have to work under that vile female manager who bosses everyone around and makes their lives hell. I frequented this location quite often, but after being spoken to like I’m a nuisance and having my food THROWN on the counter in front of me, multiple times, I’m done. You can no longer expect any business from me. Not that my order was ever correct, anyways.

Since the 1970’s (seriously) this has always been the best Dairy Queen around. Just had another 5 star meal and ice cream tonight. They have the very best food and service on Eastside.

The single original had a scant piece of lettuce and an unequally thin slice of tomato. Making the sandwich very dry and hard to swallow.
