Stopped by for lunch and was highly disappointed and frustrated. Window attendant was not very polite. She had a scowl on her face when she approached me at the window. Told me my total, took my card, passed it back, followed by the food and drinks, and immediately closed the window. I ordered the fish combo. I asked for extra tartar sauce and onion. As you can see from the pic, the extra tartar was definitely missing. Most of my lettuce was brown, and there was only a small piece of onion on my sandwich. Some of my fries were old and cold. No greeting and no thank you. My passenger was missing toppings (lettuce & tomato) from her burger. I also ordered the chicken tenders box for my grandkids, which were fried to crispy for them to eat. The only thing that was enjoyable was the frozen drink I purchased. I will not be returning any time soon.

I think the employee name is Amanda (blonde hair). She's always in a great mood. I'm a truck driver & in the area quite a bit. The reese Blizzard is always on point. Appreciate her & the dedication she puts into her customer service. I hope she gets recognized for the daily consistent effort. As a truck driver I see many people & places. This is 1 of my favorite go to spots at 71/Keystone.

We frequent the Dairy Queen on Meridian/91st quite often and had same expectations for this location. We were met with rude service in drive thru and portions are small and sloppy. (Plus they don’t take American Express either)

This Dairy Queen has had problems swiping their own DQ Gift cards for months now!! Every time!! my husband tries to use his gift cards they say that they’re still not able to swipe even though it’s a franchise!! .corporate will be contacted on the 71st keystone location . Also orders are not always filled right sometimes.

Fish is always hot and fresh, i go there alot because its made right then, its fast, and only 5 bucks, better deal then any other place's i go for fish, i get there fish several times a week a 10 every time, satisfied

The young gentlemen Richard is outstanding! I was short on change and he took money out of his OWN wallet and straight into the cashier than tried to give me the change. I appreciate him looking out for my son and me! Thank you Richard I hope you get a reward for your great service
Ordered a Pecan cluster blizzard with extra nuts. What I got was a no nuts no chocolate blizzard. So what did I spend an extra $1.29 cents for is my questions??? GARBAGE!
