Crazy wind's, a wee bit gloomy, cold day outside in Indy?Upon entering this DQ location, we met the entire happy, smiling, outgoing, kind, understanding, & patience staff, of the front crew team member's! The only individual name I'd seen was on the receipt, was cashier's Jolane! Thank you Jolane for taking the time,helping my son, with his ice cream choice? Big heartfelt thank you, to each, & all of you! I wished I'd had your name's thank you each individually, & personally!I'll definitely be back. The over all facilities cleanliness was 10⭐️, No waiting in line10⭐️ No wait for long on our food order 10⭐️, Service, by all the staff member 10+×+++++++⭐️ each! P.s.s. franchise, or owner, please take great care of these employees

They will give you the wrong food, drink, and dessert type every time. And no receipt. If you ask for a sprite they will give you coke, if you ask for chocolate ice cream they will give you vanilla, if you ask for honey mustard they will give you ranch, if you ask for a misty freeze they give you a slush.

A Granddaughter was having a Christmas show across the street from the DQ, so 7 of us ate there before the show. The 2 young men, Dre and a young man, whose name we didn't get, took our order and got it all together...perfectly. I know the people on the "back line" did their jobs perfectly too, but we dealt directly with the 2 young men, so they get more kudos. The food was great, and the nameless young man made my chocolate-banana shake...perfectly! The people at this DQ helped make our evening, along with our Granddaughter and her Christmas show. Thank you DQ on West 73rd Street!

I have never had issues with this particular location until recently. I went through the drive-thru on Wednesday 10/18 and ordered the $7 combo for my son with the burger and a single burger for myself. I had an evening commitment so we were short on time and I needed something quick. My son’s food was fine, but when I opened up my burger it looked like a piece of the bun had been bitten off or ripped off. The cook definitely saw it and still wrapped it up as if it was okay. I ended up going back to the store and went inside to talk to the manager and showed him the burger. I didn’t want a remake, just a refund of the burger I had returned. I was given some spiel about them having a new system and although he was a manager, he was not able to refund my money and I would have to call the following day to speak to the general manager. 1. I have never been to any restaurant that cannot immediately give you a refund, fast food or otherwise. 2. It was definitely a mistake on their end and I am having to jump through hoops and loops just to get a refund. I called the following day after I got off work and guess what, noone answered the phone.

Zero stars! Everything was pretty bad I'd say! First of all, uh can we say rude little kids. Secondly, they did not give me one thing from my order. Thirdly, the Doritos Locos Tacos were not in the containers as they usually are put into a little taco holder. They were just wrapped up in the paper.... Put inside of the bag upside down I might add! The missing item has been the last straw. I don't recommend this place. Seems to be run by immature kids anyways.

The ice cream is amazing, but the woman who took our order was mean, passive aggressive, and plain rude. When she took our order she inturrupted the driver and passive aggressively corrected us on how to say our order. Then once we had paid, the driver started to put away her card and the woman in the window sighed and rolled her eyes impatiently.
I have been wanting Dairy Queen for weeks but hate the wait. Well I was surprised how much this location changed. I got my food fast, fresh and hot. They had a worker, Tiyah who was friendly and smiled the while time! The flame thrower was delicious!
Flameburger and pretzel breadsticks and "zesty queso"What did you guys do to that cheese? It tastes exactly like mashed potato gravy. No cheese, zesty, or queso taste whatsoever.

I have been ordering flamethrower sauce with my chicken tenders for over a decade now and when I went through the drive through today, the guy said that that wasn’t an option and would not give me a side of flamethrower sauce even though the burger is still on the menu. We were willing to pay extra.
