The quality of food at this Dairy Queen has declined. The bread is always hard because they microwave everything. The food is no longer cooked fresh.

Dreadfully slow service. Absolutely disgustingly dirty dining room. Every table dirty and sticky. Bathroom should be condemned. Many employees on staff, so staffing not the issue.

A place with delicious ice cream but really everything looks dirty and old, it is not pleasant to eat inside… but we received good service

The food this time around wasn't that great at this location but the gentleman working the front counter was so sweet and knew just about everyone that walked in and greeted them as soon as they walked through the door and ensured that all the customers where all set with their meals and content

Tried to eat lunch here today, ordered a burger and fries. Food came out relatively quick, I was the only one eating inside. As I sat in a booth by the front window I noticed it was dirty. And when I say dirty, I mean disgusting. Dead bugs on the window ledges, tone of old food/dirt all over the tables, benches, and floors. They have a cooler in the sitting area that had a bunch of stuff splattered all over it. I decided I wasn’t hungry anymore and threw my food away. Then to top it off, the same guy that brought my food to me, without gloves on, was picking his nose at the counter when I was leaving. Eat at your own risk….

Update: I got the message from DQ, I replied to the contact they provided, and haven’t heard anything else. Good of you to reply to the review like you care, but not follow up…..

Larry at the drive thru was super nice and very understanding when my elderly grandmother was having trouble ordering through the drive thru. He was extremely patient and clarified the entire order with her. This is vastly different from the treatment i recieved when I was here last year. I look forward to enjoying DQ again as long as employees like Larry are still there!! I hope whoever at DQ reads this gives him a huge thank you from me!!

Can't really say much on the food but my rating is low due to customer service. Plus I wish they picked up the phones when folks call their stores. I know my friend tried calling them before and they did pick up and I guess I just experienced the same thing. Was trying to see if they stopped serving food by a certain time so I won't waste a trip but since they can't pick up I'm just not gonna put more time into them.

Extreme cross contamination of allergens. If you have a peanut allergy, don't even think about going to this location.
I don't think anyone expects peak food safety from fast food joints, but this one is exceptionally bad.

Update: DQ copy and pasted a generic link to their contact page to "contact them directly" about this in response to this review.
By doing so, they acknowledge they have seen the review and therefore I don't see the point in sending them a message with the same content via another channel.
I would lower my review to zero stars based on this if I could. ?
Sorry DQ, prioritize your customers safety at this location and let me know what you've done to improve, then I'd update the review in a positive way.

Dietary restrictions: WARNING - if you have serious allergies, I would avoid this DQ location. The kitchen is a disaster and there is a ton of cross-contamination. Our blizzards had a bunch of random stuff in them we didn't order. My son has a serious peanut allergy so I will be avoiding this place like the plague in the future.

I have been here 4 times in the last few months and I have to say they have returned to the quality of food and service I was used to as a teenager. Keep it up!
