They have the best food , always hot ? burgers and their fries are to die for yummy yum ? The drive threw well the guy whom gives you , your order is a kinda older guy very friendly and nice always ask how my days been , plus always says have a great day as well best service of anywhere else , because service from other places their service is not good and wait time slow , and food not fresh , Dairy Queen always has fresh food ! You all should be proud because no other fast food could ever compare to you and your awesome service , food and price, plus always hot and they cook it fresh every time to congrats for such wonderful service & fast , hot , good and the price is a good deal as well ! ? What happened to the burgers?I used to look forward to a Dairy Q burger. They now taste like McDs. The bun was also cold.Ice cream may be ok but if your hungry for fresh-grilled burgers go to one of the other places nearby.

This used to be my favorite DQ because when they make the order right it's delicious. There's a new employee/manager that takes the orders who messed up my order the last 2 times and argued with me about HIS mistakes. The snickers candy obviously doesn't go into the snickerdoodle blizzard. The app doesn't have an option for pecans so I paid for peanuts and asked to substitute at the speaker. He said ok yet he still made it wrong, wouldn't give me a refund, and made me pay a dollar each for the peanuts and pecans when I only wanted the pecans.

I believe in letting businesses in your area know about your customer service experience. We're a community, and that's important for them to be successful and for community to build relationships with them. I'll even "bite the bullet" at times because COVID has worn heavily on the customer service industry.I called to inform the management of our lack of basic customer service. I was berated, and the telephone call was discontinued. I'm trying to extend grace in simplifying what I experienced. I've had other lackluster experiences at this facility, but I can no longer "give a pass" to this. Lawrence deserves better from our restaurants.

I have had good experiences at this place but the last time I went. They would not take my coupon code. They said scanner only. The way the app is set up, you are unable to go back to the barcode screen. I deleted the app and reinstalled it. I was able to pull up the barcode. Great.They scanned it and said “it’s not working” I was confused and asked what they meant. “It’s not working, it pulls up your name but doesn’t apply it” they offered no solution other than paying full price. So I waited in line for 35 minutes for nothing.

This location has horrible customer service it is not clean. The owner doesn’t not believe in making food properly food and ice cream poorly made they don’t believe in quality. The manager laughed in my face when I asked him to remake my blizzard. Pretty sure the owner is a racist.

First time here. I ordered a Heath blizzard, a chili dog meal that the gentleman said included fries. The dog was rubbery and I didn't receive the fries (which I discovered after leaving the window). So I got back in line and asked for the fries. When I got to the window 6 minutes later, they asked if the fries were on my receipt. I didn't know and had to look at it...no fries on the receipt. So I order fries, didn't get them, told to look at my receipt...no apology like, "I'm sorry, I didn't understand that you wanted fries. Would like to order them?" Mediocre food and poor customer service. I won't be back.
