Dairy Queen Grill & Chill

When I got here, I didn't see any cars in the parking lot so I thought it was closed but it was just not busy at all.
I ordered the chicken strip combo basket and also a cheeseburger and they are both really good deals.
Because they were not busy, I had to wait about 10 minutes for food but it was worth it because they cooked the food fresh and it was nice and hot.
The chicken strips were crispy and the burgers were great.

Desiree and her team was absolutely fantastic she should definitely be in some five-star restaurants cuz the girl knows how to meet greet and make ppl feel comfortable. Food was amazing, on time, and desirable. Everything we asked for was given with a lot of enthusiasm since we ordered quite an extravagant order and they handled it well! Cheers to Desiree and team. I buy strawberry cheesecake blizzard at almost 8 dollars for a large and it's never turned upside down because it will fall out of the cup amd the workers are never smiling and pretty rude at times

Went about 9:50 on Friday and had the sweetest service of my life. I believe her name might have been Ronnie, but whomever was working the drive through - I hope your weekend was amazing, you always find the cold side of your pillow and the light is always green for when you drive.
And you get recognized for your great attitude and service there ?

I had a one-star experience at Dairy Queen. Went in for dessert and ordered a small Blizzard (surprisingly almost $6!) and a chocolate cone. We waited far too long at the speaker, being repeatedly told 'one minute,' which should have been our cue to leave. When we finally got our order after about 15 minutes, my husband had to throw away his cone after just two bites because it was so soft it was dripping everywhere. My Blizzard was also melting and barely firm. Overall, a very disappointing experience, and we won’t be returning.

I went through the drive thru. The parking lot was clean. My blizzard tasted funny. So I threw it away after a few bites. It's so crazy that a mini blizzard was almost $6.

The cheese curds were greasy, and some of the cheese had fried out of them so, I had some with no cheese in them. The fries were limp as well

The cook that was working was very nice. He was a hard worker I could tell by the way he seemed to be running the whole store. I greatly appreciate the fast service and especially the friendly smile. Thanks for your kindness today.

Desiree the manager was awesome with a misunderstanding that was made through the app. It was the first time I've ever tried to try to custom make a cake and she was very helpful handmade my mom's birthday very special thanks again so so much!!♥️♥️♥️♥️
