Tried to go inside and eat and all the doors are locked and the guy behind the counter just stared at us like he’s lost in space. No reasoning or anything. Probably don’t want people sitting inside and see all the roaches.

They steal you money don't make food placed an order 3 times third time went through the site directly. Went to go pick up the order and the white guy working was rude after needs to lose his job and I want my money back

This location is awful. Never has any deals or rewards that they will accept despite every other DQ location accepting them. Despite the website saying $7 meal deals are all day long, this location only honors during lunch. Workers are rude. Food is never good. Blizzards are always half mixed with minimal mix ins. I’m unsure how this location is even still open. Go anywhere else and you will be much happier. This location is 5 minutes from my house, but I would rather drive 15+ minutes to a different location.

My food is always fresh, I can give you that. But the young boy on the speaker is very rude and not friendly for service. Also, my blizzard is never thoroughly blended. Once I’m halfway through it, it’s just vanilla ice cream.

They don't open at the time indicated on the phone, they're open until 11 a.m., and the employees alter the price of the product. If the cake says it costs 29, when you go to invoice it, it says it costs $34.

Employee at window VERY rude. He did not hear complete order and shut window in my face while I was speaking. Went on the inside to rectify situation and the manager Dan was just as rude. Would give 0 stars if possible.

Don’t come here. Ordered online for pickup at 9:30, half an hour before close. Went to go pick it up and they claimed they never got the order. When I asked for a refund (keep in mind this was for FOURTY FIVE DOLLARS worth of food) the lovely DQ worker said that was “between you and Dairy Queen.” As if they aren’t an independent franchise. If you care about your money or care about even getting food at all, don’t come here.

We ordered 3 Oreo blizzards and only received two. So I reordered the third one and it was just vanilla ice cream, no Oreos at all
