Witnesses the staff banging guns against the drive through intercom because a gentleman was broke down at the drive up after he waited and already went thru once they made him go back around that's when his truck stopped and the staff started to call out for homeless people to hurt the man for a free meal I left immediately but watched for the gentleman safety I saw a van pull up to assist him but man the staff slamming guns against glass and threatening people for nothing because obviously they wouldn't take a order until there ready. There gonna threaten and mess with the wrong person one of these days someone will get killed here. Just look at all the reviews. Sad. I won't be going back to this location never. Hire respectful people to work and fire the ones who don't want too. Easy as that.

I ordered through the app and NEVER received my ordered at all. We waited for 30 minutes there in the drive through and he pretended not to hear us. Another car was there too and he ignored him too. I want a refund for my order that I never received, the store was still open and we got there before the estimated time on the app. NEVER GO HERE!!

Shockingly bad Dairy Queen, the worst I’ve seen in my life and it’s not close. Last time I went both blizzards were spoiled or something with a very foul taste.

I have ordered 2 peanut parfait this week. 1st one had zero peanuts and the second had 5 peanuts and hardly no chocolate fudge. This is not the first time either. Crappy service

The people that work here have no training. No customer service skills what so ever. They never listen to the order half of the time and food is always cold.Whoever the manager is at this location needs be trained so they can train properly.
Not only that, they flip you off in drive thru window and cuss you out because the order wrong

When do the drive-thru to order the chicken dinner and I saw that it's by 6 get 10 Dilly bars for free so I wanted to add that on to my order and the man at the window just said he's on a timer and can't add anything through the window and I would have to drive around. The customer service here sucks. I did not buy the $15 Dilly bars. I actually will drive 5 minutes down the street and get them from the other Dairy Queen because they are a lot nicer there

Every time I come here, no matter who it is taking my order, they always seem to have some kind of attitude. Not only that but they refuse to tell me how much my order is until I get to the window. They didn't tell me like eight times in a row until finally I asked and they actually said j"ust pull around we're not going to tell you". I came here once and while I was in line a lady actually got out of her car and started yelling that her chicken wasn't even cooked on her sandwich and that they don't care about anything here. I only ever get ice cream from here. I think I've gotten one hamburger and it was okay I guess but overall the customer service is terrible. They're always, without a doubt, every single time seeming way unenthusiastic about doing their job. Kind of makes it a bad experience. But It's only a few blocks from my house so I come here still occasionally. But if you're looking for good customer service and to at least know how much your order cost before you get to the window I would not suggest this place

I got 2 shakes one was strawberry for my husband and chocolate for myself. His was just fine and looked nice with strawberry chunks in it, mine on the other hand was HORRIBLE!!! They used vanilla ice cream with chocolate syrup it was HORRIBLE ?!! I DON'T think that's how a chocolate shake is made. Mine was runny and just horrible!!

For some reason after flipping the burger four times on the grill to try to melt the cheese it was then put in the microwave with the bun to make sure pickles were nice and hot I guess.( I watched the preparation second time.) Over microwaving made the bread rubber and hard. I came back to complain about the stale,hard,old food not knowing it was just over microwaved which dried out and hardened everything, it wasn't edible. After watching the overgrilled burger put on the bun and then placed in the microwave I asked was that my burger? He said yes, I said well I don't want it in the microwave, that's probably what happened to it the first time. The third photo is how the burger looked after I told him it didn't need to be microwaved.

Ordered overpriced chicken straps and a blizzard and received the blizzard only. Delivery driver acted like he didn't know anything. Called the store and no one answered and the "mailbox is full". This place is a joke! I wonder if the owner is proud of his business??
