Worst dq ever! Incompetent drive thru worker that can't take a very simple blizzard order. 30 mins in the drive through with 2 cars in front of us.

Ice Cream was great! Customer Service was so prompt & good! Have a blessed summer.

Polite staff, quick service

Gave us mixing bowl Mashup blizzards with no brownie batter in the soft serve. Just a vanilla soft serve with cookie dough pieces. A cookie dough blizzard essentially. I feel totally cheated, never going back to this location.

No effort to mix ingredients.

This is my favorite location because my whole family went here and grew up near here many memories here. I'm glad to see it's still open and the workers are friendly!

Had to continuously press doorbell to no avail... I ended up walking around the building and located both employees chatting behind the store and stared at me when I asked why the store was empty and no one is responding to the doorbell ...they both finally got up and went inside...the white young lady apologized and asked how can I be helped and I informed her that I placed my order via the mobile app and was waiting for pickup....they both began to make the order without washing their hands so I had to ask them to do so.... If my kids weren't being so impatient bc they really wanted the order I would have just cancelled...WILL NOT BE RETURNING AGAIN, COMPLETELY DISGUSTED AT THIS POINT!!!

If I could give 0 stars I would. I ordered a crunchin cookie blizzard with strawberries and instead was given a butter finger blizzard instead in which I am highly allergic to peanut butter. I didn’t notice until I was driving and took a bite and noticed the butter finger chucks. After given the run around to speak with a manager for two days as other employees advised they were unable to do anything, I call back today to finally get a manager and advised of what happened, and when I say 0% compassion nor care about the fact of this issue, I was met with the manager telling me that because she wasn’t on duty the day I came she can’t offer a refund or remake or nothing! Mind you again I’m allergic to peanut butter! Mr. Neil (owner) I definitely recommend redo of training and how to handle situations like this better. I’m at a little better after taking a epi pin shot but seriously!! Customer service trash!
