We came to this Dairy Queen after a bad experience at the W 71st location and the environment was completely different. The employee at the walk-up window was respectful and polite. We were greeted immediately upon walking up, and our orders were prepared very quickly. We were thanked and told to have a great day, and the food was great too.

As a previous employee I can confirm that all the customers here are braindead. So close to having a mental disability. Everyone likes to drive into the drive though backwards when there is indeed a car counter. You wouldn't believe how incredibly d*** people are around here. Its disgusting, go back to school and stop trashing on DQ cause your mad you didnt get your free birthday blizzard.

As a former DQ employee, I'm pretty picky about my DQ goodies. This DQ doesn't have chocolate soft serve and that's a huge con in my book.Good service, though. Also has a large seating area outside to enjoy your ice cream.
