Great customer service from Gus as our cashier. The parmesan garlic tenders tasted so fantastic. There's a great portion of sauce on them! Highly recommend trying them! They have a slight kick, so that makes them even better!

I went through made it to the speaker the cashier was rude,not to mention she did notRing up the order correctly. I asked for the fuged dipped vinlla waffle cone.I was told they don't sell it. DIDNT KNOW THE MENU.Parking: There is plenty of space in the this area where this DQ, is located.Wheelchair accessibility: Yes and also parking for wheelchair bound individuals

Unfortunately, after years of no issues, this Dairy Queen forgot to give us one of 4 drinks ordered. We were rushing on our lunch break and we didn't notice until that an entire blizzard was missing until we got back to the office. No problem. Mistakes happen and the girl on the phone was very nice in taking my name and saying it would be replaced during my next visit. Welllll.... my next visit just happened and it went horrible. Dave (the owner) gave me absolutely no recourse and said that he "has a very strict policy about giving away free food". I ask if I could show my bank statement for proof that I purchased something that day and he said no. Instead of a strict policy on no free food, Dave, you need a strict policy on providing customer service and giving the customer options, especially when it's one of your employees responsibility to document the issue to begin with. Very poor customer service

We visited last week and received the wrong ice cream. The same thing happened tonight. My husband ordered two Oreo Brookie Blizzards with peanut butter sauce, again, and both were wrong, again. This time the blizzards had no brownies in them, and instead of peanut butter sauce, the person put peanut butter cups. My husband even confirmed at the window that it was peanut butter sauce, and the man working said yes. It’s extremely, extremely frustrating to spend that much money on ice cream and have it wrong every time. A corporate customer service rep responded and said we’d hear from someone at our location, but we haven’t heard anything. Won’t go back to this location again.

They keep closing the dinning area for walk ups. Looks like 4 workers in there today with dining area closed. Phone also off the hook, looks like they are having play time in there. Avoid!
