Went thru drive thru asked for 2 large sundaes with nuts the large look like small I paid 4.69 + 69 cents for the nuts. Rediculous can’t even get a sundae made right these prices are awful for the amount you get

Went thru the drive thru last night and my 2 four piece chicken strip baskets was way over cooked I called back today and she said come back she will replace them btw my order was almost 50 bucks so I ordered other food...So my husband goes inside the DQ and tell them my name and he was there to get order replaced he wants at the counter and the punk on the back line says I don't like the way he is looking at me talking about my husband and him and another kid both was looking at my husband all crazy..I will never come back here again so sick of bad food on night shift and all the little punks working there ..His name is Braden because when I called back the girl said yeah I heard what he said but I'm not a Manger at I did not say anything to him..I did call back last night and talked to a assistant manager of course she said he will be talked to tomorrow with the general manager

Call this Dairy Queen Alexis Texas because it's always bangin. Very busy all the time but it's very well run and the wait time is not long at all and you get the correct food you order. Very pleasant experience all around. Good job

The cashier and the cook guy were cruel because I got the wrong food order then the manager kicked me out to complain about the wrong order. the cook guy gets mad and discriminated against when they complain their order.

I went through the drive up window. I ordered a cheeseburger combo. They gave me a chicken finger basket. I took it back to get what I ordered the first time. The girl gave me the bag I ordered 15-20 minutes before. I told her I refuse to take it to make me fresh. I Are you freaking kidding me. Why would I accept cold fries and a cheeseburger. They did fix me a new order and it was actually correct. Thank you for that. Yes, it was my fault I should have checked it. Thank you for taking my time away to correct your screw up

Went in there to eat today. The person who took my order was phenomenal. Sorry, but I can't remember her name. She was short either glasses though. My food was awesome as well. Everything was fresh and tasted great. I ordered some food to go for my daughter. She even made a comment about how good her food was. I will definitely get in to this establishment more often. 5 stars all around!

I went there 7/12 at 5-30pm, I walked in immediately ordered and within seconds my food was up. Clean, friendly, fresh etc

Well, the little punk that waited on my husband, Was hateful and rude. We had the right pin number on my card and this little punk kept telling us. We don't know our pin number. And then he yelled at my husband for taking the card out too soon. We are senior citizens, and there is no respect from this young generation. All we wanted was an evening out to get an ice cream cone, this male punk made sure we didn't enjoy it.
