One of these pictures is what a banana split is supposed to look like the rectangular tray in the other picture is what I got charged almost $9 for. No chocolate no pineapples no whipped cream, I can barely afford this and I feel that I just got robbed literally!

When we got there it was literally shut down we came for the free ice cream cones and they were shut down. But other than that the food and ice cream is great.

Over 30 minutes in the drive thru for one blizzard. They handed me the wrong one at the window and I immediately handed it back and said it was not the right kind or the right size. I was handed another one that was still wrong! Had to wait another 15 minutes to get a new one!! Will never return here again not for $8 a blizzard and that horrific service! There were 7… I repeat 7 employees inside with only the drive thru open! Every single one of them was just standing there talking and one person was working at the speed of a snail… apparently he has been there less than a week and they are sorry he messed up. No. You are the ones that messed up. Standing and talking, not helping the new kid and laughing at his mistakes! Shame on you!

Every since this place changed owners it's gone downhill. From the sudden jump in prices, to the hand dispensed terrible BBQ sauce in little cups. Last burger I got there had salad lettuce on it, there's absolutely no heat in the dining room, and the floor is constantly sticky. I work close by and used to go here for lunch all the time, and I'm done. To the owner, how cheap can you get. I won't be around to see.

Placed a mobile order for pickup after the hours the have posted online for when they are open, I arrive at 1015 to pickup my order and the restaurant is still closed after their posted hours, update your hours online if they aren't correct so you don't have any situation like this.
