Staying at the ironworks hotel we decided to get a bite. Arrived and was never greeted by anyone. The place had some people but definitely not busy. Seat yourself so we did. We sat for a good ten minutes was never greeted or acknowledged in any way even tho two different servers passed out table the younger one did several times. Another table came in after us two younger girls and were greeted almost right away by the younger server. She then continues to ask if anyone had helped us. By that time I was beyond it we got up to leave there was no apology there was nothing but oh are you leaving. My husband also went up to bar to see when we would get any help. They were of no help whatsoever. This was ridiculous considering it wasn't busy. Train your servers better. Basic knowledge..greet your guests even if busylet them know someone will be with them as soon as possible.

Smash burgers are great and mostly what I come here for when I'm in the area. Pizzas are also really good so don't sleep on those if you get the chance. Fries are very average. Staff is very friendly and attentive.Parking: Parking lot is shared between other restaurants and the hotel so close parking may be difficult to find during peak times.

Good food. Decent beer selection. Understaffed though, so long waits for drinks and food. Probably would have had more drinks if we thought we could get them in a reasonable timeframe. Please hire more staff as I'd hate for this place to disappear.
