Dave & Buster's Indianapolis

They did not honor their own deal (Eat & Play Combo) and we ended up having to spend about 3x as much as we had budgeted for once the meal and games were paid for. The food was mediocre for the price, and many of the arcade games weren't working.

More of self service than actual restaurant experience. To place that had few tables for people eating. Should've been better experience. Sadly for my son's 13bday could've been better. The fact no all u can eat wings on specific day that shows on the website.

Very expensive. Rude information desk representative. I've been to many arcade restaurants in the country and this franchise is way overpriced.

The host for the dining room was very rude. She said we didn't have a reservation but wouldn't look at the confirmation. Wouldn't make eye contact when I was trying to speak with her about what we had going on for our party. Although, She did offer to sit us, she wasnt listening to the needs of the party. I will NOT recommend dinner here, especially if this is how customers are treated.

Food was ok, nachos didn't look like the picture, brussel sprouts were cold, pretzels were very good. We had young kids and several of the games for younger ones were not working.

Made a reservation for a table of 9 at 6:30. Finally we're seated at a table around 7:05. Server came to table about 10 minutes later. Non-alcoholic drinks came out a few minutes later. Waited close to 30 more minutes for adult beverages. 3 meals came out and nobody had silverware or napkins to use. 4 more meals came out 15 minutes later and we all received napkins/flatware. Totally forgot 2 meals. Ordered another round of adult beverages and waited another 25ish minutes for those drinks. We were there for three hours. Kicker was not one of the three separate checks we received were correct. Do better Dave and Buster's.

We had a reservation for 6 pm. At 6:30pm we had to go back up and asks when we would be seated. While waiting I asked 2 other guests what time their reservation was for. One said 6:30 and the other 5:45. They seated the 6:30 before the sat the earlier reservations. What is the point of even making a reservation?? Dave and Bysters said “Sorry, they asked first!” I had already checked in at 5:40pm!!

Made a reservation at 545 and was told that they are short on servers so it would be another 25-30 minutes. We said ok and played in the arcade. 2 hours later, our table still wasn't ready. By that time, we had come up with plan B. We ended up leaving and ordering pizza on our own. We were supposed to get a text when our table was ready and that text didn't come through the entire evening. I specifically made the reservation vendor I was celebrating my son's birthday and had 6 kids to feed.

The service was not good. The staff I dealt with was wonderful. We had a wonderful server, but the service was bad due to lack of staff available. I can't believe managers would understaff the restaurant when it has the capacity to handle hundreds of people, seriously the place is huge ! I think I only saw 2 people serving / and running the bar area too ! I don't blame the workers for the service I blame management for not scheduling workers and or not hiring enough staff to handle the fast pace business that is such a large facility that could have been way busier than it was when I was there and I would have left if it had been busier with such little staff. Food was great Prices were high but it wasn't any different than prices at other dine in restaurants. Kids games were great but the games are just a bit pricey and the $25 dollar power cards barely last my boys 20 minutes and I'm not exaggerating. Would be nice to have w better deals or coupons

Made a reservation and had to wait over 30 minutes for a table to be put together. Food was great. The server sucked. I'm a server myself and it wasn't good at all. Took almost 30 minutes after sitting down to get drinks. Took almost another 3p before anyone got refills. Took almost an hour for alcohol to get to my table. I ordered the ribeye and it must of not been rang in because it took an extra almost 20 minutes to get my steak after everyone else already got their food. They were all done eating by the time I got my food. It wasn't correct either. There were 7 of us and for as much money as I spent the service was horrible.

Too loud! Waited one and a half hours for food. Waitress did not check in on us for 45 minutes. Finally my husband got up, tracked someone down and begged for some crackers or something for our 4 and 3 year old that we're with us celebrating their grandfather's birthday. We were basically told this was their busy time. Knowing that the staff and kitchen should have been prepared. The waitress finally came back with a bowl of chips that she dropped on the table and told us she would add them to the bill. Finally the food came out and much of it was cold. Because we had a table of 11 we had an automatic gratuity and then on the bill was a place for an additional tip! Not worth the price or the time.

The African American male who did the seating on March 26th at 12 noon was obnoxious and rude. Very disrespectful to our family who came from out of town to gather for what was supposed to be a fun day. Them being "short staffed" is what was yelled at us countless times. 2 hour wait on food that came out cold, and a salad that took over an hour. No words for this place. As soon as we walked in and he seen how big our party was he was tense and grumpy. Needs better training on how to deal with stressful situation in a customer service setting.
