If I could give this place zero stars, I absolutely would. The overall experience was terrible, largely due to the staff’s rude and unwelcoming behavior. When we asked about getting a booth, the response we received was dismissive and unfriendly. We waited for about 15 minutes without any acknowledgment before deciding to check if the bar area was open seating, which it was.
Even after moving, none of the servers or the host made any effort to greet or assist us they simply stared without saying a word. At that point, we chose to leave and have no intention of returning.

I wanted to do the games and decided not to this time due to time restraint and will the next time I go. This time I went was like first time I went there and there was a lot of families their due to school begin out for spring break. It wasn't that busy due to the time of day it was and the next time I'll go I'll go before 1 p.m.

Tonight we drove 1.5 hrs to Dave and Busters for my 6 year old daughter’s bday and it was her first time and it was EPIC. Shot out to JOSHUA for the great service and teaching us how to play some new games that we are now ADDICTED to. LOVE that Spider-Man Game! And Human CLAW GAME!! So fun. The service and drinks were great. Thank you for such a great evening, we will definitely be back. Side note we were initially going to check out PINS Machinery but wasn’t allowed in after 8pm with children under 21. I’ll tell you right now we had a way better time tonight 20x over again coming to D&B.

More than half the games r broken

We've never been to a Dave and busters and lady at the counter told us about the $59 unlimited game pass. We asked about the tickets and she said it will stop at 1500 and you have to go spend them and then you can go get up to 1500 again. Well thats what sold it to us. So we bought 5 of the passes. Well that was a lie. 1500 tickets is the max you can get all together. We talked to a manager and he said there is nothing he can do. He talked to the employees that told us the wrong thing and they all started laughing about it. This is not a place I can recommend. Manger doesn't know how to train employees correctly and then get loud with you when you have a complaint.

No. No. No. We waited forever for our food. Had to send some of it back. Waited nearly 45 minutes for a soda. Clearly they don't have enough servers for the crowd size they pull in. We won't be back. Eat before you go of you're bringing your kids to play. Don't waste your money. Also, they try and up charge for everything.
