When ordering online I forgot to add what spice I wanted, called the store directly and they were able to add the spices

Dry, flavorless, expensive, small portioned. I can make better in less cost, less time, and less embarrassment than another less than mediocre "Chicken Joint". Embarrassment to Joints and the fire they are. Do not recommend and boycotting along with countless others.
Very good chicken. Great atmosphere in the inside with friendly staff. Definitely delicious.
Hands down the best chicken on Mass Ave, shout out to D Woods for the great hospitality and service. I’ll definitely be back!

It was my first time at Dave’s hot chicken. I really didn’t know what to order so I ordered the chicken tender meal (no spice) with a drink. I will admit the food tasted decently good but when night time arrived, I started to get a strange feeling in my stomach. 10 hours of eating their food, I got food poisoning or maybe toxic. I literally woke up in pain and I threw up. Now I am literally suffering in bed because someone wasn’t hygienic in the kitchen. This is just absurd. They need to be investigated for cleanliness. I feel very ill from eating this food and I will not return to this place ever again. I want a refund!

I'm a delivery driver, I waited for over an hour and no one came to ask me what I wanted. Your night shift is very bad. You need to hire more people to avoid long delays.
