Just visited this location this evening and the owners need to work on professionalism and cleanliness. We are still in the midst of a pandemic, and the owners and other patrons are sitting inside crowded together, not six feet away and no one is wearing a mask-they were done eating. The only reason I knew that some of the patrons were owners were because two of them got up from their tables, fixed their guests ice cream and a strawberry parfait(fresas con crema) and went back to their tables to hand the items to their friends. They didn't put on hair nets, gloves..nothing, while serving items. The younger gentlemen did wash his hands, but to make matters worse, his friend handed her cup to him back over the counter to refill her ice cream. Even if we were not in a pandemic, that was not sanitary. Meanwhile, there is a line of other customers waiting to be served and only two workers taking orders. I definitely love to support my Latino and black owned businesses, but this business definitely gives Latino owned businesses a bad wrap.
